Lightweight quality neck brace
I like this neck brace. It is well made and light and easy to wear. I have degenerative disc disease (three cervical spinal fusions) and cranial instability with severe compression at C1 and occiput. I have a bigger neck brace for when my head is just too heavy and painful to hold up, but this one is lighter, smaller, and easier to carry with me. The only negative is that it took a while to receive.I would recommend this brace to anyone who has issues similar to mine.

Like a kickstand for your face
This thing isn’t exactly sturdy, but it’s not really fragile either, and it doesn’t hold your head up so much as keep it from tilting down, but it does that well enough. It is one size fits all and in this case at least that’s not a lie as far as I can tell. I’ve had trouble with other things that claimed to fit everyone and that did not include me because my neck is especially thick I guess. But this one is a stretchy Velcro strap around the back and it’s more than sufficiently long enough even for me. It’s actually kind of a neat strap, it’s essentially *made* of the fuzzy side of Velcro, except woven material with closed loops, and it has the scratchy “hook” side on one end so it can pass through and attach to itself on one side through a “buckle hole” slot slit. The other side just has a patch of that Velcro and the strap holds by sticking to it. That looks to be the weak point where this is most likely to wear out: once that little patch of Velcro doesn’t hold well enough to keep it tight around your neck, the whole thing is going to be shot. You probably won’t want to wear it enough to wear it out anyway, though, and that does make it much easier to put on since it’s just pull it around and stick it to the side. The fact that it’s basically just a stick to prop up your chin also means it’s not very bulky or heavy, so if you don’t need a whole bunch of serious spine support it’s a lot easier to deal with something like this. Overall, it’s not exactly outstanding but it’s probably well worth it if you need something like this.

Helpful for neck alignment and posture
I went into this pretty skeptical, but I’ve actually been pleasantly surprised with how helpful it is. This posture corrector is designed to support your neck and keep your head aligned, which helps prevent that forward-leaning posture—especially if you spend a lot of time sitting or looking down. I’ve been using it for a few days before writing this review, and it’s more comfortable than I expected.The design is simple but effective. It has a structured base with adjustable support for the chin and soft padding around the neck. The padding feels like memory foam, and everything attaches with Velcro, which makes it easy to adjust for fit and comfort. I also really like that the pads can be removed for cleaning.It comes in different sizes, and I ordered an extra large. It works, but I do think a smaller size might have fit me better. That said, because it’s so adjustable, I was still able to make it work.From a usability standpoint, it’s very straightforward and user-friendly. It helps encourage better posture and takes some strain off your neck during the day.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. At around $32, it feels a bit high for what is essentially a plastic support with padding and straps. While it’s well-made and functional, the materials themselves are fairly simple.Overall, though, I do think it’s a helpful tool—especially if you’re trying to improve posture or reduce neck strain during daily activities. It may not be life-changing, but it’s definitely a useful addition to a daily routine.

Perfect tool to support my meditation practice
After trying every other in neck brace on the market to support my posture while meditating, this one finally meets that requirement perfectly. The rigid frame, padded for comfort, allows me to relax into my meditation without slumping over. When I do slump the shape of the frame exerts gentle pressure that serves to train my muscle memory back into vertical alignment without interrupting my meditative state. For me this perfect tool for my practice.
