The pen came with lots of refills. But they are different. The book doesn’t say how to use it or where no instructions. Doesn’t tell anything about how to use it.

Great for beginners and more experienced users.
Easy to use. Love that you can choose different depths and that it comes with variety of pin sizes to perform both cosmetic and medical microneedling. Definitely would use numbing cream when setting pen on deeper settings.
