Very helpful for spot treatment of areas that are easy to hold the light to, for instance, hands. I hold it in my hands with the light facing the palm, and it really helps with hand inflammation in that area.

Believe in an invisible frequency
It claims to have two frequencies. There is no way to choose which frequency to use. You only get a red light. After messages through customer support, I am told that only one frequency is visible, and the other one is “invisible.” This is somewhat like being asked to believe in a magical stone. There is some time before the return period closes so I will use it and see if it is effective. Meanwhile, if you want to choose frequencies, this is not your product.

Got it cos of discount. Love the portable travel size. Came charged. Use it daily few times a day few mins to start with since I got it. On my knee, skin & scalp. Hmm seems like it’s working cos my knee show improvement. I rubbed my knee with medicated lotion before using . Seem to help my hair loss, still too early to say. Can’t really feel any heat. Easy to use
