UPDATE: This thing broke almost immediately – cheap knockoff garbage
Product started glitching only days after use. within two weeks, it stopped working completely. The seller gave a runaround about troubleshooting – but it’s clear this product is intended for a landfill. I’m betting the red lights aren’t even theraputic on it.Okay so big biceps and sore elbows go hand in hand, proverbially speaking. I recently went up on curls from 35lb to 40lb in each hand, and it was wearing on my elbow pretty severely. Now on workout days and rest days, I do 30 minute with this thing and it’s already making a difference. it helps a ton that it’s portable. I gotta figure out the lock mechanism because I keep accidentally pushing buttons on it when I don’t mean to, but it seems like there’s a way to disable that.

I really like the vibration and light, but even at level 6, I can barely feel any heat. I bought two of them so it’s not a defective device, just no actual heat.Update: I think you have to be on level 5 or lower for heat. Not sure what level 6 is. Level 5 has better heat but doesn’t feel 140 degrees
