Good Red Lights for use in Sauna
Added these to my IR sauna so we can get more bang for the buck when we use it (red light + IR) So far these have been working great. They were light weight and easy to install. The brightness seems good. 2 units were good for the size of our sauna. Also came with stands so you could use them pretty much anywhere. Would recommend.

Results in 1 week
I have installed these in my sauna and they are very bright. All LEDs work and despite the product description, they are holding up well in 95% humidity and 150F temps. My wife has suggested that she has seen immediate results with her skin irritation, that we cant explain but is most likely from a new born and a lack of sleep. I feel rejuvenated after 20 minutes of exposure.

I am thrilled with this red light therapy panel. Since I started using it, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my skin texture and an overall feeling of well-being. Low power
They are affordable but that’s probably because they are a very low wattage. They are nice and they do put off red light but they are only 20 watts per panel and it says you should be 6 inches away from the panel when using it. Normal good panels are several hundreds of watts. But I guess they are better than nothing for someone on a low budget.
