I’d been curious about red light therapy for a while so I decided to get this to try. The setup was simple—just a quick charge and it was ready to go. The instructions recommend using it for 10 minutes a day, which fits easily into my routine. It was suggested that you could wear it to sleep. Luckily the light automatically shuts off after 10 minutes, so one doesn’t have to worry about overdoing it.The mask itself is very comfortable. It’s lightweight, soft, and comes with a Velcro strap (plus an extender for larger heads), so it stays in place without feeling tight. I love that the design blocks light from shining directly into my eyes. nose piece hurts the bridge of my nose
Ive been using this for 2 months so it might be too early but I can’t tell if its doing anything. I will say that the nose part is very uncomfortable. I need to put a folded tissue on the bridge of my nose in order to use it because if I don’t I end up with a deep painful indent on my nose. I have it strapped at the loosest it can go, to a point where if I stand up it falls off but it still hurts.Twice I tried using it for 20 minutes instead of the 10 (since it says you can use it from 10-20 minutes) and both times I has a skin reaction where the area on the outer corner of my eyes got red, itchy and inflamed, so now I only use it 3 times a week for 10 minutes. I’ll continue using it, it is relaxing and hope that in time I will see more positive results

Gimmicky
It’s very narrow on your face. For example your wearing cat woman mask. I’m not sure yet about results because I was using a new cream as well with it. Personally I should of bought a whole face mask and saved money. And most importantly the red is so intense on my eyes that idk if the red light will cause damage to my retinas. I don’t know what I was thinking put hasing this except that my smile lines around my eyes needed help. It charges fine. Made of different kinds of rubber. I pot on cotton over my eyes now when using it. Gimmicky and pointless. Not convenient. Just spend your $ on whole face mask.
