Who is the SilentZPro NOT suitable for?
The SilentZPro should not be used by people who have: loose/sore/painful teeth, dentures, dental implants, temporomandibular joint disorder, braces, any dental condition including sore gums/oral infections. User should also be above 18 years old.
What should I be careful of when setting up the SilentZPro?
Be sure to mold the mouthpiece first and avoid leaving it in the hot water too long. When adjusting, make sure to push/wiggle apart and bend the bottom piece down before re-attaching. Reach out to us directly if you have any problems.
How does the SilentZPro work? How long does it take to get used to?
Snoring happens because our throats relax at night blocking our airway. The SilentZPro fixes this by keeping your jaw forward at night and thus keeping your airways free. Mouthpieces can take up to 3-4 weeks to adjust to wearing at night.
What should I be careful of when I use the SilentZPro? How do I clean the SilentZPro?
When sleeping with the SilentZPro, relax your jaw and have a glass of water near the bed if your mouth becomes dry. Cleaning can be done simply by brushing with a toothbrush and toothpaste lightly or leaving in a glass of diluted mouthwash.

Surprised at how well it seems to be working!
I’ve only been using this product for three nights, but it’s been really successful as far as stopping my snoring, according to my husband.The procedure to adjust the fit of the mouth guard was pretty straightforward; I had no problems getting it to fit comfortably.If I was going to make any negative comments, I would mention that this appliance is pretty much a drool magnet; sleeping with my mouth slightly open is a guarantee of drool (not pretty…).Also, the next morning, after using the appliance, my jaw is slightly “tight”. It’s not debilitating (no worse than after eating beef jerky). I’m hoping that after I use it consistently, that will taper off, but honestly, it’s totally worth a little discomfort to not drive my husband onto the sofa bed to get away from my snoring.Both of us wear fitness tracker watches, and both of us have (surprisingly) significantly improved sleep metrics the last three nights, so that’s a bonus.

It actually works! No more snoring
I was skeptical at first but this actually works and might have saved my relationship (mostly kidding but not entirely).What to expect- if you’ve never used a mouthguard before, your jaw will hurt for the first few weeks, particularly in that first week. It was intense enough that I didn’t know if this would be a viable option, but I promise you’ll get used to it once your mouth/jaw adapts. You’ll also drool a bit more than usual but it’s not the end of the world.Before using this product, I was snoring a lot and it was becoming a real issue because I was keeping my girlfriend up all night. Since using this, I pretty much don’t snore at all unless I’m on my back, and even then it’s significantly less. Really great product, especially at the price point.

Total fail for me
It worked great for about a week then my jaws and teeth started to hurt. Felt like it was shifting my teeth. It also left the inside of my mouth feeling raw after a couple weeks of use. I had a terrible time adjusting it. $60 lost.

Looked promising, but couldn’t fall asleep with it in.
This was product seemed easy to mold to my bite and I didn’t think it would be uncomfortable when I first started using it. However, when I put it in at night after about 10 minutes I felt the ache of my jaw not used to being hold open. I thought the ache might pass, so I gave it over an hour but ultimately had to take it out to get some sleep. It is a somewhat bulky design, so perhaps a thinner one may work better. It certainly seemed to stay in place, it was just the bulk that was the issue.

Good product
It holds the mouth open and actually does help with reducing snoring. My husband says it hurts his jaw a bit though. Easy to set up, but the step where it wants you to cool the mouth piece we didn’t do. Fits good if you don’t cool it first.

Finally, a quiet night’s sleep!
I’ve tried a few different mouthguards, but the SilentZPro 2.0 is by far the most comfortable. The adjustable design makes a huge difference in getting the right fit. More importantly, it actually works! My wife noticed the difference immediately—no more snoring. It took a night or two to get used to the feeling, but now I don’t even notice it. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their sleep quality

Massive and uncomfortable — gag me with a baseball.
I returned it via Amazon, which was easy and convenient. If it was not returnable, I would not have tried it. Having tried it, I did not like it at all — way too bulky and uncomfortable. Like shoving a baseball in your mouth and then trying to sleep. As for holding my jaw out a bit to keep from snoring, that was overwhelmed by having a baseball shoved in my mouth and then trying to sleep. I have no idea if that would have worked. Suggestion: use sleek and thin materials to minimize the size of the thing so it’s not like shoving a baseball into your mouth. Luckily, purchase was no risk given returnability.

Very pleased with this product. Best sleep I’ve had and my husband has had in months. Great value for your money and it stays in place. It’s not bulky and I’m able to close my mouth. Very glad I got these.
