Install the app and you can keep track of steps, heart rate, blood pressure and more without even having to think about it or pull out special equipment. App is a bit of a bummer, however the ring works great in the water and tracks my steps. Would give it 5 stars but the app needs work! Ring charges great too.

I ordered a size 7 (my ring finger is size 8) but it hardly fits on my pinky. So I would say maybe it fits smaller? Or I just don’t know my finger sizes anymore. Upon opening, it comes in the cutest little case, like AirPods! The case charges the ring, or you can charge the ring by itself. The QR code on the box helps you get the app. It is extremely simple to set this ring up. I only wore it for a minute or so and it counted my steps right away. This is so helpful for anyone who wants to keep track of their health.

Size is too small and it wasn’t tracking steps. Maybe getting a bigger size would fix that. I’ll give it a try
