Very accurate.
This ring does exactly what the instructions say. My oldest daughter developed a health condition that required her to take blood pressure three times a day, monitor stress and sleep patterns. This ring does it all and accurately. Note of caution, the ring is very wide. We had to return the first ring and order two sizes above her actual size.

Don’t waste your money
The ring absolutely does not work. I just received it today, immediately charged it and set it up but I cannot get a single reading whatsoever. Not BP which is my greatest concern, not heart rate, not O2 level. And the steps it has registered are inaccurate. I followed the sizing instructions and it’s a little loose, but I could tolerate that if it worked. I will absolutely be returning this item.

The ring works well but it needs to be charged every two days.

Comfortable, waterproof
I like it. The blood pressure is low but I guess that’s because it’s in my finger. Otherwise it seems to be close to what my Fitbit reads. It’s comfortable and waterproof so I can wash dishes with it on. It lasts 4-5 days before charging. I have to be sure it sits right in the case to get charged. For the cost difference of the higher priced ones, I’m happy.

Not worth the effort or money!
For starters, the ring comes smaller than the description measures it at.Secondly, the ring didn’t charge regardless if it was in the plugged in case or had the charger connected right to the ring.Third, the app wouldn’t recognize the ring device even if I embedded the ring into my phone.Not worth the time it took prime to deliver next day! Just get one from a different brand and save yourself the time!

Doesn’t work as expected.
I’ve been using a fitness watch and tracker app for awhile and hoped this would be similar but that I could wear it on my finger. It does fit well enough. It is thick and sort of feels in the way when I bend my hand but for the most part it is fine. The color is lovely too.It didn’t come charged but wasn’t difficult to do and charged fast. The app recognized it without an issue and was able to connect. However, the app is not very English speaking, although it is in English.However, that’s all I can say that is good. I had to select within the app to see my heart rate and it was not the same as my watch was giving me but lower. It doesn’t update the heartrate continually so isn’t as accurate of a picture for the day. And, I didn’t get it to count steps at all. I kept walking around, making sure my arm swung, but it didn’t pick up any steps. It has very little functionality for what I want and I don’t think the value is there because of that.
