NEVER WORKED. Charged, but never turned on!!!
I charged it multiple times open it up from the box. Brand new never worked never used!! I was away for 6wks. so, of course, the return window is closed. But yet I have a damaged war just never worked product. HELPPP!!! I was so looking forward to using it, now I have spent the money and I’m not gonna buy another one. 😥

Don’t waste your money!
Terrible! This doesn’t remove my peach fuzz or any hair on my face! I’m not sure what it does but don’t waste your money! For the price, it should remove hair with one stroke but it doesn’t with numerous strokes! Sadly, my window to return has ended! I was out of town for 3 weeks and didn’t get to try it!

Not worth the price.
Not anywhere as good as promoted to be. The light on the device inhibits the ability to see where to place it for best deplaning. Extremely disappointed. Not worth the money.

This looks like better quality on the website than it is in person. The handle has almost no weight to it, feels very cheap.As far as function goes, I do not see the advantage to using this over a Bic razor. I have used both and they are about the same. Maybe it is less likely that a person would accidentally cut themselves on this than a hand held razor. I wish I had not purchased. A waste of money.

Why I hate Amazon now
Complete garbage product.I had to get 2 professional facialsto clear up the acne —I never; ever get.And now I can’t return this junk because it is past the return window by days…Amazon biz model used to work— it was convenient.Not any longer.Best to go BACK to a brick and mortar stores…I will.And…you need a lesson on how to treat your talent…In case there are any product managers are left after firing 14;000 employees you treat like dirt.SHAME. Excellent dermaplaning, professional results at home
Sonic Dermaplaning Tool from Galtxen and honestly exceeded my expectations, I noticed my skin much softer, smoother and luminous. It perfectly removes facial hair (peach fuzz) and also helps exfoliate the skin without causing irritation. I love that it is rechargeable and that it includes 10 spare blades. The sonic vibration makes the glide smooth and safe, even for sensitive skin. After using it, the makeup looks much more uniform and the skin absorbs the products better. It is definitely an excellent investment if you are looking for spa-type results from home. In addition, the design is elegant and comfortable to use.

Created ingrown hairs painful and red
This is just a shaver. Do not believe the hype. It doesn’t do anything for wrinkles and caused severe break outs I have never had a acne issue I’m 57 years old.this gave me huge painful ingrown hairs. My face is red and sore after use. Large ingrown hair spots all over my chin. I do not recommend.
