Works well.
Works very good and app is ok. The IOS app needs some modifications to work to resize itself to fit different screens.

Improves lung capacity
I’ve been using this device for a few weeks now, and I can confidently say it’s been a game changer for my breathing. When I first heard about it, I was a bit skeptical. The concept of training my lungs sounded strange, but after some research, I decided to give it a try. The device itself is very sleek, and I like how it connects to the mobile app for guided exercises. At first, I thought it would be difficult to follow along with the exercises, but the app is easy to navigate, and the instructions are clear. It also tracks your progress, which I find extremely motivating. I didn’t expect the results to be so noticeable, but after using it regularly, I’ve noticed a real difference in my lung capacity. I used to get winded after doing light exercise, but now I can handle more intense activities without feeling as tired. The device is comfortable to use as well, and it fits well in your mouth, allowing you to focus on your breath instead of any discomfort. I’ve found that it really helps improve my stamina during cardio workouts, as I can take deeper breaths and feel more in control of my breath. One thing I really appreciate is the design—it’s portable and easy to take anywhere. I’ve used it during my morning routine, at the gym, and even during long drives. The app syncs seamlessly, and I can track my performance in real-time, which is a feature I didn’t know I’d find so valuable. The exercises are varied, so I never get bored, and they’re customizable to suit your specific needs, whether it’s improving endurance or just focusing on relaxation. However, a few things could be improved. The instructions for the first-time setup could be a little clearer. I had to fiddle with the device for a bit to get it adjusted properly, but once it was set up, it worked perfectly. Also, while the app is great for tracking progress, it sometimes takes a bit too long to load or sync with the device. I wish the syncing was a bit faster, especially when you’re in a rush. Another point to note is that the device might take some time to get used to if you’re not familiar with breathing exercises. At first, it felt awkward trying to control my breath in a structured way, but after a few sessions, it became second nature. I’ve also recommended it to my friends and family, especially those who’ve had respiratory issues or who want to improve their lung capacity for sports or other activities. It’s great for people of all fitness levels, and you don’t need to be an athlete to see improvements. For anyone hesitant to try it, I’d say don’t be. It’s simple to use, and the benefits are noticeable fairly quickly. It has helped me become more mindful of my breathing throughout the day, not just during workouts. It’s easy to overlook how important your breath is until you realize how much more energy and endurance you have when you can control it. I’ve also noticed that my stress levels have decreased, as deep breathing helps calm me down during anxious moments. Whether you’re looking to improve your athletic performance, manage stress, or just breathe better overall, this device is a fantastic investment.

Solid device that works even better than I was expecting
I’m a guy in my late 40s with two young boys that run my ragged and has a sedentary office job. I recently begun exercising again to get back in shape and found myself getting winded much easier than I should’ve been. I’d heard about breathing trainers like this, so I decided to give it a try. I appreciate how you can set the “difficulty” level (for lack of a better term). I found it much harder to use than I was expecting at first, but gradually began to up the resistance. I’ve actually been keeping this in my car and use it for at least 5 minutes on my lunch breaks to start. I haven’t used the app yet, but that’s the next step. While I haven’t been using this for long, I’ve already noticed an improvement simply in ease of use and measuring my lung pressure with the included tester.Overall, this seems to be a great value for what you get, since you get the trainer, “tester”, and all all in one package. I also like the zippered travel case it all sorted in. I’m looking forward to continued use and using the app moving forward. In reality, though, I’m enjoying using it without.

Horrible instructions
The app isnt as shown. The video shows 4 items to choose from routine training, game training, testing and settings. There is no testing mode shown on my home app screen. Theinstructions are horrible because they just don’t match what they say I should be seeing on the screen. For instance the chart shown says a female between 50 and 59 should achieve an mip of 87.7 but the app doesn’t seem to show a cmH2o ever it only shows a psi that never goes over .99.So the device may work but without an app that matches the instructions and without better instructions how will you ever know.

App on iPhone isn’t as easy as it should be
Works well, but set up isn’t as easy as it should be… if using an iPhone and the buttons aren’t all available you’ll need to change your display settings on your phones main settings.Change your display zoom from “zoom” to “default”.
