I can’t say as to the accuracy of the hertz but even if it’s slightly off, it’s the intention with the sound that targets the area. Which is why humming and chanting also works. This is my very first time tuning forks, I’m very happy with them. When I’m bored, i sit and play with these.

Quick shipment. Packaging was very nice. The forks were wrapped in a leather case Send to be very sturdy and of a good quality. Very easy to use with instructions. Not sure if it helps with pain relief just yet but will update in a couple of weeks.

Arrived with pits in metal. It comes with a brass thing with what looks like an allen wrench but absolutely no where does it tell you what this actually is and how to use it.

Have waited years to order a set of Tuning Forks after a friend became a practitioner of Eileen McKusick’s Human Biofield Tuning. I have her book Tuning the Human Biofield and am excited to reference it as I learn to use the forks for myself and family, close friends.A few things:I am pleased with the craftsmanship of the forks. The tones are lovely.The hockey puck seems quite like actual pucks I’ve had previously.The pouch I received is not real leather – that said, I still like the pouch and it holds all the bits very wellI also did not receive the manual; however, I wasn’t actually expecting a manual as I am happy referencing Eileen McKusick’s book.Lastly, the attachment with the crystal did not easily fit and so my husband had to use a bit of brute force to get the ends of the forks to slide in with more ease.All in all, I am very happy with this set of forks as a novice. I look forward to using the forks in my Reiki practice.
