Easy set up. Very sad it won’t start steaming. Tried to contact seller, but it’s all AI q&a which is BS. I have never left a review… good or bad becaus I always fix it through seller. Nowadays you can’t talk to a human. Anyways, I bought this due to reviews so buy at your own risk. Guess I got the crap end of the stick.

Al in all, I would recommend this product. I got it with a $40 one day coupon and paid around $100. CANT BEAT THE PRICE! I’ve bought “grow tents” for our plants in winter. Some cost over $400 this same size. Keep in mind, I’m 6’3” and 185 lbs.PROS:~ Very easy to assemble.~ Cooll Red light~ Heats up fast. I haven’t been able to stay inside more than 15 min yet on the “#8” setting (only been using 3 weeks).~ Very light and easy to move.~ I can almost stand completely up. Remember, I’m 6’3”.~ There’s a palastic window on 3 sides.CONS:~ It comes with a floor mat but use a bath towel too. The steam box with blow so much steam, it soaks the mat. AND IF YOU STEP IN IT, PREPARE FOR BURN.~ The zipper sewing is pitiful. The lose strings hang the zippers and they get stuck……MY SUGGESTION? Take a lighter and carefully go around entire zipper sewing and melt the lose strings or you could get stuck inside; possibly passing out.~ You must unplug to shut off. I installed an on/off switch inline of power cord.~ The hose supplied is WAY TOO SHORT! I took the short one (2 ft) to local hardware store and purchased 6 feet. The hose connects to the back. The steamer needs to be in front so you can see/use the controls and refill with water.~ The chair supplied is a kids chair so you need to drag that old dusty grown up chair out you have tucked away.
