Convenient Weekly At-A-Glance To Do List and Planning Notepad
I an a list maker, by habit, and a planner by profession (I lead workforce management planning for an AI healthcare call center). As such, I’m constantly scouring Amazon for various organizers, planners, notebooks and journals. While I do use various digital tools to manage my productivity I find myself generally returning to paper-based tools. This could be do to my age (55) and from entering the workforce when paper planners were in vogue. But I also feel drawn to the tactile nature of writing and believe, along with many neuroscientists, that the act of physically writing notes and planning engages your brain and memory differently than just typing things or doing them digitally. While I have several planners that give me detailed daily views, I was looking for something that would give me an easy, at-a-glance view of all of my activities for the week. I believe that focusing on tasks by day has been limiting my view of the big picture effectiveness and impact of my work and by being able to look at the week from a holistic level, this could help me to better manage my workload and energy levels on a week-long basis. When I saw this Weekly to Do List notepad, this appeared to exactly fit the bill and I decided to give it a try.The notepad came nicely packaged, in a protective plastic bag and outer mailing envelope. The notepad itself measures 11″ x 8 1/2,” so it exactly matches standard size A4 office paper. This would make it convenient if one wanted to hole-punch and then store completed pages in a binder. For me, I generally discard my notes unless there is something important I need to save or refer back too, so I like the idea that you can rip off a page, like a standard notepad, and then you have a new fresh sheet and are ready to go for the next week.Pros: I like that this notepad comes with seven sections equally divided for each day of the week. Some to do lists or planners seem to think people are more active on weekdays and contain reduced sections for Saturdays and Sundays. This one treats all days equally. Also, many planners or to do lists only contain spaces for “business hours,” such as 8 AM to 4:30 PM or 8 AM to 6 PM, as if people don’t have lives and evening plans. I like that this planner has half-hour slots from 6 AM all the way to 10 PM, so you can truly fit in a full day’s worth of plans and activities. (While there’s a part of me that would love this to go to a full 24 hours, this notepad’s ending at 10 PM is a good reminder that we all should be getting eight hours of sleep nightly). The pages are also thick and prevent ink bleeding through, even when using markers and heavier ink pens. While the half-hourly slots are small and leave limited room for writing, I think that that fits the purpose of this planner in trying to summarize and plan your activities for the week (for more detailed planning, I would pair this with a daily planner). The pages are also undated, so pages can be used at any time.Cons: There is little that I have in terms of criticism for this item. For basically being a notepad (albeit with nicer thicker paper) there is a part of me that questions if the current price of $9.99 on Amazon is a couple of dollars too high. But, with inflation and tariffs as of late, I may just be stuck in thinking what this would have cost a couple of years ago. Also, the notepad contains 50 pages. While this is a standard notepad size and makes perfect sense for coordinating with a printshop to manufacture the item, it would be great if this could be converted to a 52-page notepad, in order to contain enough sheets for a full year (although this is a very minor criticism). My Final Take: In the end, I have been finding this notepad tool very helpful for planning my personal productivity, in conjunction with a daily planner. I like that I can put all of my schedule for the week on one page and see it at-a-glance. This helps me to better plan the overall ebb and flow of my week. In my daily planner, I generally try to schedule every free moment of the day I can find. Looking at things from a weekly perspective with this tool, however, I get a more eagle’s eyes view of the week and can better prioritize items. As a result, I also find that I am more mindful of my energy levels and better distribute draining tasks and purposely schedule breaks to rest and recharge my batteries. While I would like to see this notepad offered for a dollar or two cheaper, the overall benefit of the tool to my productivity and quality of life, spread out over 50 weeks, is well worth the extra four cents per week, so I won’t deduct any stars from my rating. I would highly recommend this notepad to anyone looking for a simple, paper-based tool to better organize and plan their week.

Good page weight, no ink bleed through, sturdy top binding, wishing for magnets on back
I needed a simple visual for my husband to keep track of any appointments or commitments happening during the coming weeks, and so I went looking for a simple To Do list that wasn’t overly decorated or complicated. As a stay at home, do it all mom, I wasn’t used to reporting all my plans and locations, but my newly retired spouse is frequently asking what’s going on that week or that day, and I’m getting a little weary of rattling off the schedule over and over. This YIXUNHL Weekly To Do List Notepad is perfect for my needs. The notepad arrived in a clear wrapper which kept all the pages from getting crinkled or folded over before it got to me. The page weight is very adequate, something I notice because I tend to push hard on the pen, and oftentimes the imprint will transfer onto the next page. I don’t notice that with this pad, plus I’m not seeing any bleed through from my blue gel pen, two big plusses in my book. I really appreciate the flexibility and strength of the page binding across the top because I was easily able to flip ahead several pages (weeks worth) without the top page or two separating from the pad. The only thing that would have made this YIXUNHL Notepad more perfect for me would have been the addition of magnets on the back of the pad so that I could hang it directly on the refrigerator surface because “he who won’t be identified” will struggle to locate the notepad that rests right there in full view on the countertop. The lack of magnets is not a huge issue because there’s a nice sturdy cardboard backing that easily provides a surface for me to glue on my own magnets, if I wish. I’m really glad I picked up this nicely done To Do Notepad and I won’t hesitate to buy another one when this one is used up.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A weekly planner pad that works as hard as you do.
Quick Overview:My wife picked this up for work because she likes having her entire week visible at a glance. She said the whiteboard she had been using was getting cluttered. This planner pad gives her the structure she needs, and the heavy paper means she can use markers without turning the back of the sheet into modern art.Pros:• Thick paper. My wife uses markers to cross off tasks, and nothing bleeds through.• The hourly schedule helps keep a busy day organized without flipping pages.• The week-at-a-glance design is simple, clear, and easy to read.• The cardboard backing is sturdy enough for writing on your lap or desk.• Plenty of sheets—50 pages covers almost a full year of work weeks.• The 11 by 8.5 layout is large enough to function as a desk pad without taking over the desk.Cons:• The writing blocks are small. This is the trade-off for fitting an entire week plus hourly slots on one page.• My wife prefers spiral notebooks. This is a glued pad, so pages tear off one at a time.• The price is a bit elevated. With my printer, I could make my own sheets in a spreadsheet for about a nickel a page.My Take:My wife is in sales and likes having her week fully mapped out so nothing slips through the cracks. This pad does exactly what it claims, gives you a quick, structured overview of each day with enough detail to keep you on track. While the writing squares are small for someone like me who insists on perfectly staying inside the lines, the layout works extremely well for her workflow. The quality of the paper is excellent and prevents the ghosting or bleed you get with cheaper pads. For the right kind of planner, this is an easy 5-star pick.Tips:• If you write large or use thick markers, consider using abbreviations to keep everything readable.• Store it flat so the pages stay crisp and easy to peel.📌 Reviewer NoteI aim to keep my reviews straightforward and add humor when I can. If this one feels a little “sterile,” that is just me keeping safe from the robots. Do not worry, I still do not sugarcoat.(My scale: 1 = No thanks, 5 = Buy it again in a heartbeat.)
