Q： Unit is on, but no sensation is felt in the pads
A： Both pads are not firmly on the skin. Or there is a loose connection. When you use two pads(one channel) or four pads(two channels), make sure you have placed all the pads on your body, otherwise it won’t work; Intensity level needs to be increased.
Q： Adhesive gel pads do not stick to skin even after cleaning and moistening the gel pad.
A： Adhesive gel pads need to be replaced.
Q： Does not provide adequate pain relief.
A： Use your massager 20-30 minutes at a time, 3-6 times per day. Not using it long enough. Not lying down when massaging neck.
Q： Unit does not turn on or the screen is dim.
A： Battery is low, recharge the battery
Q： One pads feels stronger than other
A： This is normal. Different areas of your body will react differently. Make sure the pads are moist and are making good contact.
Q：How long does it last on a full charge?
A：The device can operate for 4 hours on a full charge.
ATTENTION:
1. If you only plug one wire, you should make sure that two pads connected with the same wire are placed on your skin at the same time so that the unit can work properly. If you plug two wires, you need to connect the 4 or 6 pads to the both wires and then place all of these pads on your skin at the same time, otherwise it will not work.
2. The TENS device will be shut off automatically because the timer is set for 10-80 minutes. The max timing for one running is 80 minutes. If you need more therapy for longer than 80 minutes, you need to reset it.
NOTE:
1. Not suitable for pregnant women and hypertension patients, and not safe for people with pacemakers.
2. In many cases, this stimulation will deliver immediate pain relief. Pain relief varies by individual and by the type of pain you are in.

Wow! Belifu really came through! They reached right out to me and offered to send me a replacement, a refund or another one of their products to make things right. I have to say that their customer service rep was so sweet and kind and wanting to fix things ASAP. I opted for a replacement unit because I really did want this to work and their TENS routines are top notch, and it works great! I love-love-LOVE the TENS and EMS routines on this unit. I also love the 4 channels being independent and so you can mix and match 4 routines across 8 electrodes and it feels a-ma-zing! I have to say that belifu really put some thought into their routines. It feels like they did some testing and figured out what actually feels good and helps with pain or muscle relaxation rather then just slapping some random patterns into their unit. I will leave my old review below, for history sake, but rest assured, if you have any problems, please reach out to Belifu to make it right, they are so nice and helpful and just seemed to want to make things right. I would recommend this brand of TENs unit 100%.*Review updated, see above!* – Well, this didn’t last past the first charge. Shame too, because I actually liked the various routines it offered compared to another brand’s unit and the fact it is truly multi-channel.Either the USB-C port, internal battery charging circuit or battery itself are defective. I tried charging it when I first got it and it didn’t appear to be doing anything, so I went ahead and tried it out with whatever battery was left and while it felt really good on some of the settings, and most importantly is truly a multi-channel TENS unit, it only lasted an hour or two before it stopped taking a charge. I busted it open and carefully removed the battery and wired it to an external power supply (don’t try this at home, I am electronics technician by education and profession) to get a little more use out of it, but it’s not really worth all the effort of all that (though it does actually power up and work that way), so in the bin it goes. All of the markings on the IC’s inside the unit have been sanded off as per typical Chinese electronics, so fixing it would be more trouble than it is worth. Buyer beware. It may work for a bit and then the battery dies and it wouldn’t take a charge.

I was so surprised at the size of this TENS. It’s so small! Having the ability to recharge it is amazing too. This tiny unit will allow for the use of quite a few electrodes depending on the wires you choose. That part is just sweet!I have prior experience with TENS so I find this very easy to work with. The only things you need to worry about on the screen at first are the channel numbers at the top of the screen (just use the channel (CH) button to switch between them… it corresponds to what wires you have plugged into it). Then look at the line just above all the pics on the screen when choosing TENS or EMS (using the tens/ems button) the line will blink to show you which it is set to (start with TENS if this is new for you). TENS is the block at the top and EMS is the bottom group. Don’t worry about the pics/icons on the screen at first. The “T” button sets how much time you want for the therapy and you just press the “I” buttons to change your intensity. It’s really that easy and not at all technical. I can see however why people might find the display a little confusing. The pics of the areas of the body makes the screen quite crowded but they do serve a purpose.Once you are used to the basic function of this you can explore the different therapy modes/patterns. To try them out you just need to press the M+ and M- This is why the icons are there. Each one represents a different electrical pattern.Overall this unit is pretty incredible. Great price and a huge range of options for electrodes. I highly recommend this one! You have more than everything that you need for this therapy. Buying anything more expensive is just completely unnecessary.Oh by the way, do NOT remove the electrodes while they are still on. It is NOT pleasant!!

This 4 channel unit is greatly priced, functions as described, small, but not tiny, and easy to move around the house if needed. I purchased the touchscreen unit with dual channels a couple of years ago but it decided to retire itself a while ago. So far though, I like this unit much better. The touchscreen unit wasn’t very responsive and not as “modern” as it should have been. However, I do have a con about this unit… it doesnt have to do with the unit itself – what I’m disappointed with is the manual/booklet it came with. Though it seems like they had actually spent some time on it, it still does not make for easy reading. On top of that, the fonts are TINY! Parts of it has fonts as small as the fonts on the nickel. To me, the manual is part of overall product that I’m purchasing, therefore, it gets a four star for me. I don’t understand why so many manufacturers/vendors print a manual that is a pain to read. Saving the trees, saving the overhead? Well, just print a QR code one the back of the unit and let us read the info online. That would be a win win for all!BTW, I have a theory on why one of the channels is stronger than the rest… since one set of wires has 4 connectors and the other three sets only has 2 connectors each…

J’étais sceptique au départ concernant ce type d’appareil, mais ce Belifu TENS m’a vraiment convaincu ! Après un effort important au niveau de mes épaules et cervicales, qui m’aurait normalement donné des courbatures le lendemain à coup sûr, surprise : aucun inconfort ni douleur le lendemain. Facile à utiliser, efficace et avec beaucoup de réglages pour s’adapter à chaque besoin, même si au final je n’en utilise que deux ou trois.Je trouve qu’il y a suffisamment de pads fournis avec la machine, que le gel accroche très bien sur une peau propre (bien évidemment), et que le choix de plusieurs tailles est parfaitement adapté à toutes les parties du corps.Pour résumer, cet appareil n’est pas une machine miracle qui guérira les maux dont vous souffrez depuis plusieurs années, mais il pourra à coup sûr soulager vos douleurs musculaires occasionnelles.Je recommande !

Many more options to find a frequency you’ll like, and the intensity it 3x more than the over advertised and way more expensive TV Brand. You’ll enjoy just how much better this is. Whether thats 4 wires instead of 1 or 2. 20 options instead of just 10, or an intensity that goes to 30, and not just 10, 15, or 20. Its just far superior in every way. Just be sure to additionally use the gel for the pads as it extends the pads life 10-fold. (Pads pick up body oil, dead skin and sweat. The gel forms a barrier against this)

You need to be very careful about where you place this on your body; if positioned incorrectly, it can cause twitches and, in some cases, increased pain. However, once I figured out the correct placement, it was very relaxing. The only downside I found was that the instructions were somewhat confusing regarding how to use the product. It took me a while to understand, but once I did, it was soothing and provided relief for tender areas.
