Broken from the start got way too hot
Brand new packaging. Opened it up and it came apart in 3 pieces. Put the wires back in and chargedit for a half hour and it was scorching hot if I had left it in for another half hour I feel like we could have had a potential fire. Immediate return

Great results, poor durability
I loved this device as soon as I got it. From the first use, I noticed a difference. My face looked slimmer, and it helped release tension and reduce puffiness.I purchased it on January 10, and as of April 29, it has completely stopped working. It charges, but it will not turn on at all. For a product that has not even lasted six months, that is unacceptable. It is disappointing because the device itself works very well when it functions. Just be aware that you may end up with a defective unit.

Great product, high quality, good for lymphatic drainage on face & neck
I absolutely love this device. You can choose from heat or not, red light, or not, different vibration, speeds and intensity. I have been using it daily for about a week and have seen a dramatic decrease in facial puffiness and I have been successfully joining lymphatic fluid. It doesn’t happen overnight, but I’m seeing things improve daily. I have TMJ and have noticed it’s helping the tension in my jaw as well so I like that it has some versatility for multiple issues. The battery seems to have a long life. I haven’t had to charge it since the initial charge. It’s heavier weight and feels substantial in your hand, not cheap at all. Their packaging is outstanding. The material feels good on your hand. Overall, very happy with this and would buy again.

First of all, let me take a minute and comment on the packaging, as every aspect of it is thought through to match brands astetics, match the product and provide that premium feeling straight out of the box.The facial care device also looks divine and can be proudly displayed on your bedside table.Now, about the functionality. So the device has just 3 buttons, and you might need a bit of getting used to to get around the short and longer presses, but when you do, it is as simple as it can be.You can just use it is, in a standby mode as an alternative to Gua Sha or switch it on and enjoy red LED light therapy, light vibration and/or heating sensation.I am using it in the evening after applying my skincare products and then just helping them penetrate better and increase the effectiveness. Plus, it is a really nice feeling before bed to warm your face and give it a bit of lymphatic drainage.Great that you can use it not only on the face but neck, shoulders, chest, arms and legs if required and it is so compact that you can just chuck it in the bag and take it on the go!Absolute gem!

I got this as a little present to try and keep my skin looking fresh and nice. I already own a proper red LED face mask, but I thought this would be good for when travelling or just to keep by the bed for a late night pamper before heading off to sleep.I have to say I love the packaging and design of the product. It feels very high-end and luxurious. It’s very easy to use with just a few buttons to change the settings. I like it on full vibration and heat come up for some odd reason that seems to have the most relaxing effect on me. It works especially well above the eyes and around the temples. Now. Will it make me look 10 years younger? Probably not, especially given how it’s only got a few off the red LED lights but at this price you really can’t argue. It seems highly effective, good value for money, well designed and very user friendly. So in that sense you really can’t argue. Came very quick and very well packaged. Get one while you can.

The red light is within the correct parameters for LED facial devices – so they claim anyway, I’ve no way of testing it so who knows what’s really inside it.The vibration is pleasant and the heat – which takes a while to actually be felt it’s also nice.It feels weighty, it glides nicely and it’s extremely easy to operate and the charge lasts a very long time, especially on the low levels of vibration and heat etc – as you’d expect.It was also very nicely boxed/presented. Unfortunately mine was marked on the corner yet it was clearly new, so it must’ve come from the manufacturer like that, I’m not that bothered as it’s for me, but if someone else received it I might have been more bothered as it looked a bit dirty and slightly off-putting (I couldn’t quite pick it up on camera but it was obvious in RL)What I strongly dislike is the before and after claims in the photo/ad that’s blatantly been altered… It’s incredibly misleading imo as a device of this nature just isn’t going to achieve anything along those lines.Is the warmth pleasant and relaxing, yes. Does the vibration feel pleasant yes… Does it help product absorption, I’ve no idea, perhaps.. maybe. Will the red light be anti aging, highly unlikely given that it’s only on your face for a small amount of time, there’s not that many LEDs and it’s constantly moving. Imo red light therapy in these types of devices are likely pretty pointless – I have an led mask from a known brand with many more leds and even that has done very little over the years.If you’re buying this as a nice self-care treat that resembles Gua sha effects (minor and temporary) then I would say yes, give it a try. If you’re expecting a fairly big result (like the picture) don’t bother, just invest in some decent skincare instead.I do enjoy using it as it does feel relaxing at the end of the day, but I’m not expecting it to make me 10 years younger like the picture!
