Not bad for the price. Seems to record sleep and steps with no issues. Heart, oxygen, and stress almost accurate. I noticed with blood pressure is not always accurate specially depending on how you wear the watch tracker. If the tracker is sitting inner wrist position with wrist resting on chest. It has a better reading. Also, like that I can change the background to any picture. Overall, it’s a good temporary watch.

The 34 dollar monthly fee is too much. Returning this product today…
The product looked “cool”; until I started following the instructions. I downloaded the load the “APP” and found that the APP has a 34$ a month recurring fee. Do not waste your time/money unless you want to pay 34 monthly recuring fees.

A good watch—easy to set up and comfortable to wear. It features various functions, such as physical activity monitoring, heart rate tracking, sleep analysis, and an alarm; it is water-resistant, and you barely feel it on your wrist. All in all, it’s a great value for the price.

If you don’t have an iPhone don’t buy this
The tracker itself works find. My problem is the fact that you can’t download the app that you definitely need without an iPhone. I only have an iPad. I had my daughter come over and put the app on her phone so I could fix the time, date, and everything else you need. I didn’t know this until I went online to try to figure out why I couldn’t update the time and date. Outrageous you have to have a phone and can’t use an iPad.
