Love this red light therapy bag. Works nice. Reason for 4 instead of 5 is wishing it was just a bit wider with the lights and the controls were on opposite end so you could have controls near head. We just have to set them before we get in. We have ours on massage table spall we have to do is flip switch to surge protector on and set controls. So nice ! The end where your feet are is not closed in, so it works for someone taller.

We bought this blanket for my husband as his chronic pain in joints. The timer and light controls are easy to customize. The material is thick durable and feels high quality, almost like something I could find in medical level devices. It comes with default time setting so I don’t worry we over use it. My husband felt comfortable and easy to use it daily. I tried 660 nm setting for skin. My husband used 850 for deep tissue. It will take time to feel the difference. As a pair of tired parents, we really need it. We recommend it as its good quality and smoothing at-home therapy experience.
