I was skeptical at first, but friends and family raved about the benefits of red light therapy so I purchased the compact Mercury since I didn’t have a lot of space for anything bigger. After straining my calf muscle and IT band, I started using the red light therapy lamp and noticed that the pain I was feeling lessened with each use. I went on vacation for 10days and regretted not bringing it. I am now a true believer and will probably purchase a bigger panel.

I ordered the 120 LED model, and this red light machine is awesome, it supports many popular red light wavelengths (630nm, 660nm) and infrared wavelengths (810nm, 830nm and 850nm), it’s extremely user-friendly and easy to use with just two main function buttons, one toggles on the red light and the other toggles on the IR, the second set of buttons just controls the 20-minute timer (to increase or decrease the timer), the LCD is pretty basic and just shows a countdown timer while it’s running, the back of the unit has a socket for a power cable with a master on/off switch, the shell is made of a durable metal housing and has various cutouts all over which allows for great ventilation and cooling, the machine feels very robust and well-built, red light treatment has many potential uses and has some great research behind it, I personally like to use red light for aches and pain relief, but it’s also known to be great for skincare as-well.When turning on the red light / IR on you can hear some fans turn on, but they are low noise and have a kind of relaxing hum sound, the red light is extremely bright and can easily illuminate a whole room, so it’s a good idea to wear the eye protection googles during use (goggles are included), the IR lights are mostly invisible to our eyes, but you can still see a faint red glow on the LED, you can run either the red light or IR independently or run them both at the same time for ultimate customization.I also like it can be stood up vertically or laid flat horizontally which allows flexibility for different areas being treated, for safety I also appreciate that it doesn’t emit EMF at a distance of 3+ inches, the machine definitely feels like the real deal, I could even feel the heat being transmitted from the LEDs while it is operating!, it’s also surprisingly compact and can be stored easily in a closet or under bed when not in use.The manual did mention a remote control, however the unit I received did not include a remote control (or possibly it’s only included for certain models), the unit stands about 2~feet tall, 8.5 inches wide, for accessories it includes a power cable, eye goggles, and a user manual.

You get what you pay for. I’m really picky and always check reviews and I like that this has a range of frequencies instead of just 1 and comes with protective glasses. Have had it for under a year but it’s working quite well still, makes me eyebrows thicker as a bonus lol. Can’t speak for the muscle benefits though. The size I got is enough for my neck chest and face at the same time

Powerful Panel, Perfect Price Point
This panel delivers light at specific red and NIR wavelengths. It features separate on/off for the red and NIR groups. There is a built-in timer and wall mount; I opt for sessions shorter than the timer and I purchased the floor stand.Overall, I am satisfied with the features and performance of this panel. As time progresses, I may make note of more apparent effects but for now, I believe this seems to brighten and plump my skin. This panel has an output (illuminance and joules per cm^2) in-line with high quality panels but is a fraction of the price.
