I was honestly a little skeptical about aromatherapy nasal rings, but after trying them, I can see why people like them.They’re very lightweight and surprisingly discreet. Once you get used to wearing them, you barely notice they’re there. The scent is subtle—not overpowering at all—which I personally appreciated. It gives you a light, steady hint of whatever essential oil is used (mine was more on the refreshing side), without being too strong or irritating.I found them helpful for a small boost during the day, especially when I wanted something calming or a little pick-me-up without reaching for anything else. It’s not a dramatic effect, so if you’re expecting something intense, this probably isn’t it. Think of it more as a gentle, background support.One thing to keep in mind is comfort. There is a slight adjustment period when you first start wearing them, and they may not be for everyone—especially if you’re sensitive. Migraine patients best friend
The peppermint sent is honestly a lifesaver. I’m not here to say that cures migraines because nothing on this planet does. But what it can do is provide a little bit of a distraction with a good smelling device that opened your airways and causes you to breathe a little better. The kit is my favorite because it has a travel ring case that can easily fit on your keychain so that you never have to go without it. I can’t brag enough about this product.

I’ve used this a couple of times now. There can be a variety of unpleasant smells when traveling. This definitely helped. The scent was nice and not overwhelming. I will be using this whenever I travel.

The only complaint I have is it kind of burns my nose after 30 or so minutes of wearing. Positives for this, it works!! I have a peppermint inhaler as well and it just doesn’t work because I need constant scent in my nose to not vomit. I’m pregnant, we travel a lot right now to visit family but also to scout out new work either back where I’m from or where husband is from or just north of there but all places are a bumpy and winding 5-8 hours 😭 flights up north to visit family are 2.5-3 hours and this is an amazing way to not bother others (why peppermint would bother anyone idk) but really only you will smell this. I mean I had to place this right into my nose before I had a good sniff of it but it is strong in the nose! It’s so easy to use and doesn’t fall out which I was worried it would be either super stiff or so flimsy it falls out.. but it’s great. Love the case so I can place more drops in and travel easier with this especially on planes. It’s kind of like a contact lense container so I’d say don’t buy the full kit.. just get a contact lense container get your own peppermint oil and get like a 2-3 pack whatever it comes in and it’ll be cheaper. Being pregnant I didn’t have the brain capacity to think of that when buying so just bought the kit and while it’s a good purchase I don’t think I’d pay that much for this. Not the best value but not bad. Also love the packaging it’s a NICCCE magnetic closure box 👍🏻also I hate the nose ring look but oh well it works

Item had smell from the aromatherapy oil package which was pleasant. Let it soak for about 4 hours and it hold up well and is not immediately visible when wearing as it is small and neat. In addition to retaining the scent for hours it is not overpowering it is relatively gentle. Depending on use and activity to help concentrate or intensify scent one can put on a mask while wearing it for the duration of the activity.

Aromatherapy Nose ring
This was a genius idea! I wish I would have thought of it first LOL! They are great for when I have a stomachache and I put the ring in; it helps calm my stomach. It is such a calming scent, great quality easy to use, perfect size! I bought 3 different ones! I can’t wait to get others. I wish they had better deal or were a little cheaper.
