Very easy to use and reliably sterile every time
These replacement cartridges are simple, convenient, and exactly what I wanted for home use. They fit my microneedling pen without any fuss, and the whole process is easy from setup to replacement. The biggest plus is that each cartridge comes sterile every time, which gives me confidence using them for regular treatments. For a product like this, that peace of mind matters just as much as performance.

Great replacement needles! They fit my M8 perfectly!
These replacement micro needling needles fit as well as the originals. There is the same variety of sizes that you get with the original device in this replacement box. It is a good value for the money.

Fantastic value and Easy to use
I ordered these because I was ready to up my micro-needling game. Up until now, I’ve only used the 36 and 24 needle cartridges. I’ve been taking baby steps, but I’m 51; aging isn’t waiting for me. The good news is that after thoroughly testing these 16-pin cartridges with my Dr. Pen M8, I’m thrilled with the results, and can confidently recommend them. Don’t get me wrong; these still sting a bit, but because of having some experience with at home micro-needling treatments prior to this, I didn’t do any extra damage to my doing, and I wasn’t traumatized into not ever picking up the devise again. (I recommend starting with the 24 or 36- needle cartridges first).- The cartridges arrive individually sealed in sterile packaging, which is essential for safety. The build quality is excellent; they click securely into my pen without any wobble, providing stability during use. They glide smoothly across the skin without skipping.- Installation is simple, and the 10-piece pack is incredibly economical for regular users (This box will easily last me a year). I found the units to be consistently reliable too, with no defective units in my pack.Bottom Line:These cartridges are fantastic. The price, the combination of professional-grade hygiene, efficient performance, and bulk value is hard to beat. Give em a try.

    great value
these are a great value compared to the name brand refills for the dr pen. I’m so happy that these are available. they are just as easy to put in and the quality does seem to be any less than the dr pen refills. would definitely order these again.

Fits my M8 pen and functions as expected.
I have an M8 Dr. Pen and use a variety of different needle sizes depending on the treatment. I use nano cartridges for superficial treatments and a 16-pin when I want to focus on anti-aging. These come individually wrapped and the pins are all even and move up and down during treatment. The cartridges fit my pen as expected and work well as a treatment every six to eight weeks. If you haven’t used a microneedling device before, in my opinion, the 16-pin is not the best to start with. For one, there is more pain than with a 36 or 42-pin. When the mechanical force is spread over fewer needles more pressure is applied per needle. Hence, more pain! In addition, the 12-16 pin cartridges are for monthly treatments not weekly ones, and the skin needs time to recover. How deep you go depends on the level you set on your pen, and which part of the face is being treated. My forehead does not tolerate much and I tend to stick to 0.75 there, and 1-1.25 for the rest of my face. For more information on which cartridge to select for treatment, the Dr. Pen website has a great summary. But I will explain it briefly here. Nano cartridges are best for beginners and for skincare product penetration. 9-12 pin cartridges are suitable for deeper scars; 16-18 pin cartridges are also for scars and anti-aging but gentler than the 9-12 pin. 24-42 pin cartridges are good for more sensitive areas as well as the body. Keep in mind the fewer the pins, the less frequently you can treat. You may be able to use a 42-pin three times a month but a 9-pin every six weeks depending on recovery. This is a solid set of single use cartridges at a fair value and will last me a while as I treat with 16-pins less than my nano and 36-pin. Definitely do your homework to safely use these devices as there is a learning curve. Slow and steady wins the race here. Good luck!
