Modest amount of money well spent
The truth: ANY mouthpiece for sleeping is uncomfortable & takes getting used to. I for one I’m happy to trade the torturous nights of not sleeping well for a $40 mouthpiece. I’ve had prescription custom-made mouthpieces that are just as effective and cost over $3000. This mouthpiece is easy to fit, and does a great job helping me sleep, which I considered to be a no-brainer for this kind of money, and so much better than using these godforsaken CPAP machines, a far more arcane and unnatural treatment. The only thing that a $3000 mouthpiece really gives you is much more sensitive adjustments for your jaw. I tried this because I broke my last mouthpiece, and needed something to get me through until my new prescription mouthpiece. Money well spent, and I wouldn’t think twice about it if I were you.

Too big, hurts and discomfort
It still makes me snore according to my partner as well as it hurts my lower jaw and bottom teeth. Huge disappointment in the fat that its so bulky that it causes mouth to be open so results in saliva build up and when turning all comes out as a pool of drool.

Good size, bad molding
I really liked the size and seemed like a great quality, but no matter how many times I molded the mouthpiece (original & replacement), it would never stay on my teeth falling off and letting my mouth open during sleep, causing me to breath through my mouth and even snore while sleeping.

Can I add another star?!?! Excellent! My husband’s snoring is 95% improved! I 100% recommend this mouthpieceDisclaimer…… my husband snores, he does not have Sleep apnea. Just snoring. I cannot say if it helps with sleep apnea

Not as expected
This is just a good mouthpiece for teeth grinders. I was hoping it would help by pulling my lower jaw forward to open my airways for breathing through the night. This did not.Just Meh..

The design is way too big for my mouth. It’s cool that you can adjust the job depth, but the whole apparatus is way too big.

I received it yesterday and spent the whole night evaluating it. At first, I felt a bit uncomfortable using it, but I can clearly feel that it can help soothe my breathing and is still useful! Suggest not using too hot water
