great for nightly routine
I tried an anti-snoring device, and it has had some positive effects on quality of sleep. After struggling with snoring for a while, I decided to give this mini sleep aid a try, and I’m really glad I did. The device is easy to use and fits comfortably in my nostrils, thanks to its double eddy current nasal dilators. The adjustable speed feature allowed me to find the right level of airflow to keep my airways open, significantly reducing the snoring and improving my breathing while I sleep.One of the key benefits I noticed right away was how quietly it operates. Unlike some other snoring aids I’ve tried in the past, this device doesn’t create any discomfort or additional noise while I’m sleeping. It’s small and discreet, and it doesn’t feel intrusive, even when I roll over during the night. I also appreciate that it doesn’t require any complicated setup—just insert it before bed, and it works effectively throughout the night.However, there are a couple of downsides to mention. Do not buy if you have a normal size head
I was very excited about this particular item because I am quite the loud snorer (well according to my family). I tried everything to make this item work but no matter what I did I could not for the life get it to fit. Not only was it uncomfortable in my nose but the elastic strap that is supposed to hold it into place was apparently made for someone with an extremely large head. No offense to anyone who does and if you do then it might actually work for you. Could possibly be a good product if they made the elastic strap smaller or adjustable and also the part that goes in your nose smaller. Not for me and will not be recommending it.

Not effective
Essentially non-functioning. Little fans, but no pressure. For this to be effective, there needs to be the right amount of air pressure.Additionally, it hum while you’re wearing it. It’s like trying to sleep with a bee on your nose.

This is made for a large face and head. The straps are not adjustable. If you have a smaller head or are a woman it won’t work for you

I was quite surprised by this device. It is small, easy to use, and really helps reduce snoring. Since I started using it, I sleep better, and my rest has improved significantly. It isn’t uncomfortable and fits well throughout the night.

Nearly Caught Fire
Would give this 0 stars if I could. The charging cord started melting 2 minutes after it was plugged in and would’ve caused a fire had I not caught it in time. Absolutely not worth your money
