These don’t work. Not only do they very easily fall out of nostrils, when they are in the nostril it does nothing to alleviate my snoring.

No more snoring and I feel rested
I still can’t figure out how this little nose clip helps with snoring but it does! I feel very rested after using for only one week. I wasn’t sleeping well and was about to order a sleep study but I decided to give this a try first. It took a few nights to get used to but now I don’t notice it. I took it out once in the night thinking maybe it’s psychological but found myself putting it back in because it does help..

I was duped into buying these based on the numerous positive reviews. Unfortunately, all this did was pinch the inner part of my nose without widening the airways. Physics still wins every time. This product is a complete waste of money.

I’m giving it four stars because this is based on my experience but I didn’t like it at all. It didn’t help with my snoring and it made my inner nostrils so sore. It hurt every time I took it out.

This is worthless. Unfortunately, I can’t give it a negative rating. It is so tiny that it does not dilate the nostrils at all. And it is painful.
