Great purchase. Put 2 in our office. When it gets stressful, we turn it on and watch it, then you slowing you breathing down and world of difference. Therapist came in and saw it, I showed her how it works. She bought some for her office also.

This little guy is so cute. Do you neeeeeed it? No. If you had it would you like it? Yes. I find the color changing/breathing thing a little off my breath patterns, but that may be the point. It’s Ok
I bought this thinking that it will randomly come on to help with stress and relaxing. That’s not the case. Once you plug this in and turn it on it constantly changes colors. The instructions tells you about the different colors and what to do. This is just not what I expected.

Cute for a desktop or night stand. It helps to keep mindfulness and acts as a reminder to meditate!

Unfortunately, the usb option doesn’t work. The only way it turns on is with batteries. When it does turn on, it remains one gold colour and doesn’t change. Wouldn’t recommend for relaxation and calm breathing. Highly recommended for inducement of frustration though.
