Ineffective for snoring. Good birth control though. Bad return policy.
On the plus side it is not particularly uncomfortable, and it doubles as birth control as no one is coming near you when you wear it.It does not keep your jaw completely closed, too much elasticity. It does not prevent snoring. Even when I could get it to fully keep my jaws closed I still woke up snoring. It comes with an add-on strap for larger heads though no idea who has a head that big. Mine is fairly large and it is too loose. Can’t see it fitting a small headed person. Instructions on the box seem backwards.Couldn’t return it once used.

I love this quit of anti snore and is helping a lot to me since is so dificult to sleep when my husband snore all night long.I can say is really working for me and him to avoid any lack of rest and quiting the snoring problem for him !! Really recommend 👌 1 to 10 I recomendd as 10 %.

This strap works great!!!..I no longer snore at night,it keeps my mouth closed at all times while I sleep and it fella very comfortable on my face!..
