Easy and effective product
My physical therapist recommended this product. It’s really working well. Compared to another brand I purchased, this one is super easy to put on and adjust. You put it on just like a backpack then adjust the straps which Velcro in place. The Velcro is thin but strong and the straps do not slide once placed. I find other products that have more than one part or pads that come on/off to be annoying – too many moving parts. This one is affordable. It’s also comfortable as a posture corrector can be. I have worn it over t-shirts and tank tops while sitting at my desk or watching TV or other slouch-inducing activities. It does not rub my skin or hurt.I guess if you’re above average in terms of height, weight, or chest width, or suffering from very low upper body and arm flexibility, I could understand how one might struggle a bit getting this on, but otherwise I disagree with the reviews stating it’s hard to get on or adjust. This was a breeze. I’m 5’5”.

Straps too short.
It seemed to work but the straps are too short. I was not able to put it on or take it off by myself, so hubby needed to help. Because of this, I am returning it.

Did not work for me
Very uncomfortable and I am a small person. It does not remind me to keep my back straight. Tight or a bit loose, neither way works. I know some of the reviewers found it helpful but this one gives one star.IMHO it is not worth the money.

Worth the price
If your posture is affected due to carrying a bag for a long period of time this design will help with the shoulder rotation aspect of posture, not so much the spinal alignment. I can wear it for 3 to 4 hours before I need to take a break due to the straps feeling uncomfortable on my underarm. Great price for great results. Best case is you can get used to how good posture ‘feels” mechanically so you can work at self correcting when you get a food understanding of where your shoulders should be

Too difficult to put on by oneself
For me, the straps are too short, or I’m just not flexible enough, to put this device on by myself. I tried using a long pair of needle nose pliers to reach behind me to grab the straps. Then I glued 12″ long pieces of strapping to the end of the straps so I could reach back/grab them to pull them to the front to my chest to attach them.Once I had it one, it is effective in helping me adjust my posture.

Great on back, sucks on armpits
So I am a lifelong sloucher and, at 44, the years of hunching my shoulders are catching up with me. I’ve tried a few posture correctors and this one is amazing for upper back slouching. But, I have to tighten it a lot for it to work effectively and that absolutely kills my armpits. I can only wear this brace about a half hour at a time. Any longer than that, and I’ll get pressure hives in my pits. Still, worth it to not end up with a hunchback by the time I’m 50.

Very happy with purchase. Highly recommend. Excellent in correcting posture. May not be the most comfortable, but it definitely corrects my posture and straightens my shoulders.

Bought this product based on description.Firstly one size does not fit all. If you are over 6 foot with a chest size over 42 it just wont fitSecondly, if you purchase this from the uk, the price doubles as you have to pay the purchase price again in tax which just isn’t made clear when purchasing.Amazon and this company misrepresented the product and purchase price.Don’t buy
