Know why you are using it.
My grandson wanted to try this, nana was busy and did not do the research like I usually do. When it arrived I was not comfortable with him using it just because it might help with sports breathing. This may work ok with older users or someone with breathing difficulties but I did not think he needed to use it. I am sure I could have returned it but it was my mistake in not doing my research so I tossed it, lesson learned. So I think it depends on age and reason for using it.
