While the clock works the qr code to the app doesn’t exist. The app for the company doesn’t exist. You have to research other apps that will give it partial function. Using buttons on the clock itself to set features is difficult to impossible. Also getting customer support for it is nearly nonexistent. When they answer back they ask a million questions about which clock you bought as if they have 30 different models and when I researched there were 2 at the time. Then when they realize which clock you bought they then tell you to download a third party app. When all they had to tell me is there is no app for anything they own.

A Neat, Cool, Quirky but Wonderful Smart Alarm Clock/FM Radio
This is a FM Radio/Alarm/Night/Wake-up Alarm Clock. This is a pretty cool item. It does most of its functions, but not all of them are done well.This device has the following features: 7 different colors which can be fully adjusted from 0 – 100 in intensity. There is also a feature to “mix randomly” the colors of the background. FM radio with a “seek” feature to save the most powerful stations. 7 natural sounds. Control by Alexa and Google Home. This also works with a HOM phone app.My experiences:1. The clock accuracy is good and was easy to set up2. This was hard to get the app on my phone – Samsung S24. This will only set-up the app if you still have wi-fi 2.4 gz. I have wi-fi 6, and it would not load the app automatically with wi-fi. I had to manually get the app on my phone, which actually redirected my phone to China, where I had to jump through some hoops (log in to the account again, do 2 challenge puzzles), but I did get logged into the HOM app. The app does work. I can turn the device on and off, use the light dimmer, turn on the radio, etc. It has other features like automatically dimming the light at night for sleep, but I haven’t tried them yet, but also have no reason to think the other features would not work3. The light goes from very bright to very dim- which is a big plus.4. There are manual controls which worked perfectly.5. The description says it has “7 Natural Sounds”, but there is nothing in the instructions that tell you how to access or change these sounds. I did get one nature sound at one time while troubleshooting it but never understood how.6. I think using the “sleep aid” activates the sounds, but then you would have to experiment to figure out how to change sounds.7. This says it works with “Alexa and Google Home”. My experience with Alexa – It took a long time to get it to connect. The Alexa app said, “Smart Home”, which is the moniker that Alexa uses for this device is not compatible with Alexa. I got the Alexa app to partially work – it will turn it on but so far not turn it off. While trying to access Alexa, the phone also went to China, and I had to log in again and do 2 more puzzles, then it partially connected with a different name.All in all, this is a unique and interesting device. I am going to keep messing with it to hopefully get everything working correctly.
