Fantastic mask and better customer service!
After researching masks that were a high quality infared at a reasonable cost price point I landed on this mask. After 3 months of use, my skin was looking fantastic. However, the mask stopped working. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to respond, friendly, and sent me a new mask within DAYS. Very impressed!

I’ve been using this red light LED mask for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say I’ve noticed a difference in my skin. I bought it hoping to help with the appearance of fine lines, inflammation, and skin texture, and I was surprised by how relaxing and easy it is to use.The red light feels comfortable, doesn’t get too hot, and the mask fits the face really well. I like using it at night while relaxing or watching TV. After using it consistently, my skin looks fresher, more glowy, and less tired. Don’t bother
Right when I got this mask after a week or so I noticed the cord only worked when held in a certain position. After a couple months it stopped working completely. I contacted the company and never heard back. I recommend buying something cordless from a company that actually has customer service to help when you have issues with their expensive products.

Early to say but satisfied so far
It has only been a week since I started using this product so I can’t comment on its efficacy. I can comment on its ease of use though. I was concerned before buying given some reviews I read that indicated it was a hassle putting it together. I did not experience any of that. It’s extremely easy to put together and use – pretty self explanatory but the company has videos available if needed. I like the quality of the mask and because it’s flexible I’m using it in other areas of my body that I want to heal. No complains at all so far.

Buy! Don’t pay for the overpriced trendy brands!
I’ve bought other Hooga products and have always been happy. They are quality products but aren’t overpriced like some of the other brands. I’ve only been using this regularly for about a month but I’m very happy with it. I can honestly say I’ve noticed some improvements so far. I initially just bought the face mask but after liking the results I went back and purchased the neck attachment. I would definitely recommend this product.
