I ordered this towel to use with my sauna blanket. Personally I think it elevated the experience. The sauna blanket doesn’t get particularly warm but using this towel insert adds the additional layer needed to really sweat. As a bonus, it’s soft, absorbent, and easy to launder. It’s meant to line a sauna blanket so I understand the size, I do wish however, that it was a little wider. I can’t say it’s the best quality, the material is thin, but it’s not the worst quality either. Overall, it’s easy to use, just get in and zip it up. I also like having a layer between my body and the sauna blanket so for me it’s worth the money.My review scale explained:⭐ Don’t do it. Ups comfort level of infrared sauna blanket
Makes sauna blanket more cozy and helps keep my skin from red marks from the heat of the infrared sauna. I feel like I actually sweat more with this in the sauna blanket than without. Zipper made to last. Easy wash and dry.

Fits nicely, soft and comfortable
This sauna blanket sleeve is soft, comfortable and absorbs sweat quite well. Used it without my usual sauna suit setup, and achieved similar results. You do have to technically get inside two blankets instead of one, however, so it does feel a bit cumbersome. Could also be a bit wider, but that’s just me.

Makes Sauna Blankets so Much More Comfortable
I used this medium weight 70″ x 30″ towel insert inside my infrared sauna blanket, and it made a huge difference. It’s soft, breathable and cozy. It completely changed the experience from feeling sticky and uncomfortable to relaxing and spa like. Even though I’m not keeping the infrared sauna blanket I tested, I will definitely be ordering another one later and this towel will absolutely be part of my set up.It’s well-made and machine washable, which is important because you wanna wash it with every use. The zipper glides, smoothly, and it feels like good quality material. I also like that it dries quickly and holds it shape after washing.Another reviewer mentioned using it as a sleeping bag insert, and I completely agree. It would make even a rough polyester, sleeping bag feel soft and comfortable.For the functionality, quality, and ease of use I think this is an excellent value for the money.
