The temperature is adjustable, so you can easilyfind the level that’s most comfortable for you.installation is quite simple and can be done by one person. It’s lightweight as well. The steam output is strong, and the temperature can be adjusted to a very comfortable level. It makes me sweat a lot, and I feel completely relaxed afterward. The storage is also very convenient and easy to organize. I usually steam for about 30 minutes, and it really helps me feel refreshed and relaxed.It would be really comfortable if you put a massage chair in there.

Pretty good for the price
It works pretty well. The heat stays insulated and I enjoy the red light. I wish it would get a little hotter inside, so I stay in a little longer than planned. The walls are durable and doesn’t take too long to dry. The building process wasn’t too difficult and pretty easy. I would say it was worth the price…I got mine on sale for $170. The only two things I would want more out of it is it getting hotter and maybe another red light inside

Humid and wet, not hot
I should’ve known better to expect much quality from a “portable” sauna, but here it goes:- Temperature never went above 95 degrees and that’s indoors. When I tried it outside it barely made it to 90.- Thin insulated walls are definitely a huge limiting factor.- Humidity does make it feel hot since it’s all steam, but if you expect a steam room like experience it’s not it.- It’s not tall enough to stand up unless you are very short so seating is the only option.- While installing it wasn’t hard, if you plan on taking it apart between uses, it will get old fast so better leave it assembled.- Water did leak at the books steam dripped so use it somewhere where water is I’ll not cause damage.- Obviously can’t lean on the walls, not sturdy enough, but if you put it against the wall then it might do the trick.- Materials are thinner than I’d expect for a product like this.
