I don’t usually write long reviews, but this panel deserves it. The craftsmanship of this unit really stands out. It’s heavy-duty, sleek, and feels like a piece of equipment you’d find in a high-end spa rather than a cheap knock-off.It’s the perfect size for targeting my face for skin repair while still being powerful enough for full-body recovery. The LEDs are intense and high-quality. No flickering (unless using pulse), no overheating (quite enough fan) just a smooth, amazing working experience every time.I mainly use it on face and the skin looks like actually improving. I am beyond happy with this purchase. It’s user-friendly, built to last, and worth the money. If you’re on the fence, I would just try it out!

Easy to set up and use
I’m new to red light therapy, but this panel seems to be a good value for the money. It’s easy to set up and use and I haven’t even discovered everything it can be used for yet. Apparently, it’s very versatile. I think it is a good size and it puts out a lot of light though.

This tech needs a manual, otherwise great
This is a very sturdy, robust set up. It probably weighs 5 pounds and is solidly built.*Almost* everything you need to use this machine comes in the box. It has the plug in, safety glasses (which I don’t use, I just close my eyes), a remote, and a strap to use to hang this from a door or wall. Although it comes with a user manual, the information in it is severely lacking and I feel this kind of technology warrants an explanation of the use and benefits (hence the *almost* everything comment). The manual doesn’t explain what level you should use for the IR and Near IR lights nor what benefits each level would provide. It also doesn’t explain the Hz selection options and what they do/how they benefit. Through trial and error I found that the Hz is the pulsating option that goes from “off” to over 200. I don’t use the Hz option because the pulsing makes me nauseous, but I also don’t know if the pulsing has any benefits or uses because it’s not explained.I like that when your time is up, the unit just shuts off. Many other red light machines that I have previously used have a loud beep at the end, so if you’re trying to relax during your session, the ending signal is a little jarring. I could see myself falling asleep while using this machine because the heat the lights give off is calming and comforting, so I appreciate the lack of ending noise.I use this while wearing a red light cap. I am using this machine hoping to keep my skin looking youthful, and I’m using a cap from another company in an attempt to regrow hair. This does seem like a well made machine, however without proper instructions, I don’t know if I am using it to the best of its abilities or to my maximum benefit. Still, I am going to keep using this until the red light mask I ordered arrives.

Excellent Quality
Professional grade red light with standing and hanging capabilities, versatile settings, and even comes with a remote and red light glasses! Recommends sitting 12-18 inches away for only 20 minutes at a time, so that tells you how strong it is!! Highly recommend ☺️

Red light therapy with adjustable base
The size of this panel is medium large. It is made of steel so it is heavy duty. The lights are bright and the side display is easy to use. It has intensity levels and a timer as well as pulse options. It comes with a remote. The stand is a foldable one that has a base so angles are easy to figure out and it stays in place. I use it for yoga, cardio exercise, and skin therapy. The handle to pick it up from is great to move from one side of the room to the other.

Lab quality equipment
This metal box is industrial or laboratory equipment grade. It would hurt if you dropped it on your foot. This is the kind of equipment you would expect to see in a salon.The engineers appear to have taken this product seriously.People will want to use this heavy object is various ways, two mounting appliances are included. In my case I’m treating an ankle. The adjustable multi-angle base unfolds stiffly. I feared I might break it, but I doubt I could. I am glad that the fit is stiff.Lots of precautions and contraindications.Includes protective eyewear.While well-built and impressive, I don’t believe everyone is on the same page about how to use it. The manual spends two pages describing the LCD panel and its six buttons. The remote control gets “The buttons on the remote control are identical to those on the device’s nixie tube display, and they will not be repeated here.” The nixie tube display has six buttons while the remote control has eight buttons. The manual shows a remote with eight numbered buttons but fortunately the remote that shipped has symbols and letters on the buttons. The merchant’s photographs of the side panel (nixie tube display?) do not match the side panel of the device I received. I’m hoping that the manufacturer (Lawind) keeps their website and videos up to date during these product improvements.I suspect that you can find someone who recommends a specific 660nm red light and 850nm near infrared light levels and exposure times. You can probably tune this device to those settings using the panel on the side. On the other hand, you’ll probably pick one of the preset modes using the remote control.
