Easy to Use and Adjust
I have tried several different breath trainers, and some are too simple and don’t work, some are too complicated, and some work well but are hard to clean. The Omhale Muscle Exercise with Voice-Guided Gadget does not have any of these problems. The trainer is not overly complicated, but it does have useful controls for the intensity of resistance, one for inhaling and one for exhaling. It is also easy to clean, as everything but the voice guided part can be immersed in water to wash it. Whether the voice guided attachment is helpful or annoying is a matter of personal preference, I personally like it and don’t find it too loud. However, the breath trainer can be used either with or without it. It has three voice guided modes (beginner, intermediate, and expert), so it is useful for almost anyone. I like that the trainer does not leave me with an odd taste in my mouth when I use it. At the current price, the breath trainer is a little more expensive than some others, but for the features it has, I consider it a good value. After using it for some time, I recommend the Omhale Muscle Exercise with Voice-Guided Gadget and give it five stars for quality, function, and value.

simple and effective, but noisy
I was excited to try this device to see how it might help me improve my breathing during martial arts practice. I have asthma and frequently I encounter issues while exercising. I figured this couldn’t hurt. It’s pretty straightforward to use once you figure out the instructions, which are a bit confusing. The quick way to use this is to turn it on with a long press, then follow the voice prompts. When you turn it on, it will default to the easy mode, and the inhale and exhale resistance comes set to the lightest settings from the factory. As you progress in training, you can up the resistance for inhale and exhale as needed using the dials on the body of the resistance device. It only took me a couple of days to start bumping up the resistance. Changing the mode on the voice device adds additional breaths, so the combination of that with resistance settings can be used to ease into a longer and harder exercise. While I was using it, I found it effective and easy to use, and easy to clean. The voice device can be removed and the rest can be washed in the sink and left to air dry. I found it easier to use while laying down because the excess saliva produced will drain to the back rather than trying to blow out the exhalation hole. There are a couple of annoyances, but nothing major. The travel case that came with mine was broken on the inside, and to put the device in the case, you have to attach the flat mouth piece to the exerciser. If you prefer the bite mouthpiece, like me, you cannot fit that in the case while attached and still have room for the other mouthpiece. The other thing to mention is that the voice prompt is loud and it annoyed my spouse. There is not a volume on it, but you can place your finger over the speaker holes to muffle it. This is a little annoying to do, but effective. I might just add some tape over it for a more permanent solution. It’s too early for me to tell if it is making a difference in my exercise, but like I said, it probably can’t hurt, and it’s quick and easy to use, so I will stick with it.

Exceeded my expectations
This review is for the Muscle Exerciser│ with Voice-Guided Gadget│ 3 Training Modes│ Adjustable Resistance Levels│ Lightweight and Portable… Offered by the Omhale Store:- Easy to use, and functions very well.- I can attest to the effectiveness of this little device.- Recently having had lung surgery, partial removal of a lung section. I need a good tool to improve my breathing strength.- I waited to use this, and was only using the cheap one sent home with me from the hospital.- What a difference, after using this device, I can feel my breathing strength coming back.- It is loud when it gives you voice prompts, but that is not a deal breaker for me.- Really glad to have found this device.- For what it has done for me, it’s a great value at the current price of $42.99

Stay away from this “upgraded” version and get the “basic” one instead. You’ll thank me.
I got the Omhale Muscle Exerciser to help manage my asthma, sleep apnea, stress, and anxiety. While the device itself is well-made and effective, the experience was a mixed bag for me.Starting with the positives, the materials used are of excellent quality. The silicone mouthpieces are comfortable, flexible, and sturdy—I especially appreciated the bite-friendly option, which seems perfect for beginners (or maybe that’s just my preference). The adjustable resistance levels for inhale and exhale training helped me make noticeable progress within just a few sessions. With two sessions of 20 counts each per day, I could feel the benefits. The included journal was a thoughtful touch for tracking progress. However, the voice-guided gadget was a letdown. The audio prompts are excessively loud, and the woman’s voice is high-pitched and nasally, which unfortunately heightened my anxiety rather than calming me. The lights only function as breath-timing indicators, and the gadget offers no actual smart features like analyzing breathing patterns. It feels misleading based on the promotional material, and at $70, the gadget “upgrade” is way overpriced compared to the basic version—the upgrade being a tiny attachment that’s nothing more than a light and sound device? I can’t help but feel duped.Overall, while the primary device deserves high praise, the electronic attachment’s lack of functionality and steep price dragged the experience down for me. Hence, my verdict is a solid 3 out of 5.
