Incomplete open box
Again this product box was opened. There also was no gel with both shipments, it was supposed to include a tube. I can’t use it, nor do I want to use a open beauty product. I was going to replace the first return but the turnaround time would be 6 weeks… so I repurchased. Not pleased.

As a skin care professional of over 2 decades, I’ve purchased a lot of home use products to try to see if they’re worthy of passing on to my clientele for home care. I’ve had this for a year or more and RARELY do I get a green light. As a pro, I follow instructions carefully and do my fair share of research prior to purchasing anything, so I can’t blame user error. I use much more complicated machines/devices without issue.If you read reviews, you will find that many people have had this issue and NEWA has HORRIFIC Customer Service. I wrote to them a couple of times several months ago and have yet to receive a response. I would recommend getting a reputable home use Microcurrent device instead. Not only will it stimulate ATP, it will also lift, tighten and tone.
