Great for stress relief and better sleep!👍🫶
I was honestly skeptical at first, but this device really surprised me. I started using the Pulsetto FIT mainly for stress and better sleep, and after just a few days I could feel a noticeable difference. It helps me relax much faster in the evening, and I fall asleep easier without that constant overthinking. The build quality is great — it feels solid, comfortable on the neck, and very easy to use. The app is simple and guides you through different programs depending on what you need (stress relief, focus, or sleep).

Not worth the hype
I tried this product after a friend recommended it to me.Honestly if seems more gimmicky than anything, and it’s not FDA approved. Doesn’t seem like there’s much research behind this product, just a lot of marketing.I loved the concept, but you also have a $99.99 app fee that will be charged 5 days after your purchase, even though when registering the device it stated 7 day free trial. That’s not why I rated it 1 star though.I tracked this product with my Oura Ring, and there was no difference at all. No improved sleep, no change in HR. Nothing.Additionally, you get a lot of stimulation in the entire neck when using this product. I wanted to try out this device for fun, but after reading a lot about the Vagus Nerve, as well as watching a lot of videos on this product, I don’t see how this product is actually doing much. Your VN is located below your ear, and this thing is vibrating everything in your neck, including muscles. Some people reviewed and noted neck spasms, muscle contractions and soreness, etc.I wish I listened to the other bad reviews I read about. There’s a lot of info on Reddit.I would try other in-ear devices that are FDA approved. That’s my next move!

VNS – The Shocking News (V2: Now with 20% More Cyborg)
I’m not usually the guy who tries “miracle cures” based on what someone’s cousin’s neighbor posted on Facebook. I usually prefer the kind of hard medical research that requires a PhD and a bottle of aspirin just to read. Yet, here I am, giving you a completely anecdotal report on how I’ve decided to start zapping myself twice a day like a faulty kitchen appliance. As a professional skeptic seeking relief from the various ailments—like inflammation caused by osteoarthritis, anxiety, and migraines that usually make me want to retire to a dark cave—I’ve been pleasantly surprised by this “expensive experiment.” While it isn’t a “miracle cure,” it has improved my quality of life. I’ve officially become an advocate for this ‘shocking’ lifestyle—mostly because the alternative was continuing to be a grumpy old Veteran with a lack of sleep and a collection of aches that has its own zip code. The Results:Sleep: This is the heavyweight champion of wins. I’ve gone from 4–5 hours of fitful tossing (pondering life’s great mysteries, like who would win in a fight between Obi-Wan Kenobi and Superman) to 6 or 7 hours of restorative sleep. I actually feel human in the morning again, rather than a poorly reanimated extra from a zombie movie.Mental Health: Though it hasn’t turned me into a Zen master, I am calmer and my anxiety is much easier to manage. My family and the neighbors likely appreciate the upgrade from “cranky” to “mildly pleasant.”Migraines: I haven’t had to resort to my usual routine of hiding in the dark or snorting Imitrex inhalers like it’s a competitive hobby.Pain & Inflammation: I’ve seen mild to moderate improvement in my neck pain and a reduction in overall inflammation (keep in mind this is my anecdotal self-reporting). It’s nice to have parts of my body stop screaming at me for a change.Digestion: No potty humor here; I have become very consistent with noticeably less bloating. The Reality Check:Discipline: It requires 10–30 minutes twice daily. It’s a commitment, but I stick to it while reading the “newspaper” (yes, I still call it that even if it’s on a screen). The Mess: You must use a conductive gel that is cold, messy, and generally makes me feel like I’m prepping for an alien autopsy. On the bright side, it’s moisturizing my “aging” neck. But you have to make sure and use plenty of the conductive gel, using too little will cause skin irritation.Trial & Error: Electrode positioning matters. I accidentally zapped my vocal cords once and ended up sounding hungover for a day. Practice makes perfect. Also, too much charge definitely hurts, too little won’t help, you have to find your own comfort zone. My wife and I notice a slight change in my voice tone, similar to having allergies or the beginning of a cold. No one else seems to have noticed this side effect but it is apparent to us.The Bottom Line: It helps me get restorative sleep and deal with chronic pain. If you can afford it, try it! Ultimately, the downside of cost, effort, and mess is worth the upside for me. My life is better because of these treatments.P.S. Go ahead and spend the money on the travel case. It’s much easier than trying to stuff your cyborg kit back into the original box.

Pulsetto fit
Great for stress relief and better sleepI’ve been using the Pulsetto FIT wearable wellness device for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. The device feels high-quality and comfortable around the neck, not heavy or awkward at all. Setup was simple, and the app is very user-friendly.I mainly use it for stress relief and relaxation in the evenings, and I’ve noticed I fall asleep faster and feel calmer after sessions. The different programs in the app are helpful depending on your mood or needs. It’s compact, rechargeable, and easy to include in a daily routine. If you’re looking for a non-invasive way to support relaxation and wellness, this is definitely worth trying.Highly recommend!

Nice device for relaxation
I was a bit skeptical at first, but it actually helps me relax after a long day. The sensation on the neck feels unusual in the beginning, but you get used to it quickly. It’s not a miracle solution for sleep, but it definitely helps me calm down faster in the evening. The app could be better, and the price is a bit high, but overall I’m satisfied.

Trouble sleeping? Buy it. Don’t think twice.
Buy this immediately, if you’re having trouble sleeping (falling asleep or unable to fall asleep after a 3AM wake up). Here’s why: You can return it if it doesn’t work.It works. I bought it with the same logic in the hopes that something (other than benedryl / melatonin) could help me.I’ve had it for 2 months now. I sleep without meds. The first 2 times it felt a bit weird, but you’ll get used to it quickly. My only issue is I’m not seeing HRV improvement.

Sleep is better
I’ve been using the Truvaga for a month and now a started to use the Pulsetto. My initial impressions are this:The comparison of packaging is much different. The Truvaga’s 350 packaging is much better. It is much more robust and attractive. Also, the Truvaga is much easier to use.I have not used the Pulsetto long enough to evaluate its effectiveness, but I can say I am sleeping better with the Truvaga. The Pulsetto is TBD.

I didn’t buy the Pulsetto Fit because I struggle with insomnia or high stress. I bought it to see if it could help me optimize my downtime, and it has become my favorite tool for intentional rest. It forces me to sit down, breathe, and actually reset. After a session, I feel genuinely well-rested—very similar to the feeling of waking up from a perfect 20-minute power nap. It’s a physical “system reset” that helps me wind down and find a few quiet moments in a busy day.The companion app is surprisingly deep. Beyond the base stimulations, it’s packed with extra features and soundscapes if you want to dive deeper into the experience. It’s incredibly easy to navigate, which is a huge plus when you just want to relax. To save time, I’ve started “habit stacking” my morning session. I wear the device while brushing my teeth in the morning. It’s an easy way to ensure I get my stimulation in without having to carve out extra time from my schedule. If you’re looking for a drug-free way to build a relaxation habit or just want to feel more refreshed during the day, this is a solid investment. You don’t need to be “burnt out” to benefit from a better-functioning nervous system.

Sadly, this didn’t work at all, and the app is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend it—save your money. On top of that, Apple refused to refund me for the app, and it was expensive!
