Didn’t Receive Voucher & No Communication
Update: it’s been over a week of poor communication and still no resolution. If looking at this smart ring I would highly recommend purchasing another brand.While the actual physical sizing kit works as intended, my box came without the purchase voucher. Getting in touch with anyone who is willing to rectify this has been beyond difficult. Qalo only responds to messages at night and even if you immediately reply back they take 24 hours to get back to you. I was initially told the voucher was either a physical card in the box or amazon would email me a code once the kit was marked delivered. Neither has been the case. Could’ve purchased during the birthday sale had the voucher been included like promised. They refuse to rectify the situation.
