Value for money
It definitely seems to work. Used on my steroid withdrawal skin and quite conservatively but I think it made a difference. It’s industrial and heavy but I think it’s a good quality build, sturdy. I’d suggest getting better goggles though these don’t quite block out the brightness.

Red light therapy lamp
For $89 (at time of review), you get a red light therapy lamp with pulse. I have larger more expensive lamps that I purchased directly through the manufacturer, and they don’t have the pulse feature. (Nor are there studies that prove that the pulse feature helps or adds anything to your treatment.)When comparing it to my other models, I noticed that ALL lights turned on. (My other lamp has 50 lights that turn on and 50 lights that don’t turn on. Those are the NIR/invisible lights.) Supposedly, this lamp features dual chips which means all 40 lights have both IR and NIR lights that are on at all times. Additionally, it has 5 settings, but the instructions don’t indicate what each setting does. (One of them is the pulse, and one is the NIR, and they are easy to tell which setting it is. However, I don’t know what the others are. Obviously one of them has to be IR plus NIR and the last one has to be IR only, but how do I tell the difference if they both look the same?Lastly, while I do like the compact size I do wish the cord was longer, but otherwise it’s adequate.

Excellent quality red therapy light
This is a quality red therapy light. It is well constructed, durable, and heavy duty. The large panel of lights gives excellent coverage but is still compact. It is a great value for the money considering the quality and the large number of LEDs. The controls are are actually very easy to use based on a quick read of the included manual. The display states the brightness level and the mode (1-red and near infrared, 2-pulse, 3-red only, 4- near infrared only). Has a timer for 10, 15, 20, and 30 minutes. Includes a remote control that uses magnets to stick securely to the metal housing. The lights are effective at improving signs of aging and relief for sore muscles and joints.
