Comfortable, solid and pretty accurate
I bought the gold version, size 14. It’s a bit snug but still comfy and most of the time I forget it’s there. It works well. The sleep monitor seems pretty accurate. The BP monitor is consistent compared to Dr’s visits results. I’m happy with it so far. On the second day the charger and ring connection became a bit difficult to line up for charging as the light would blink red. After a few minutes of maneuvering it stayed a solid red and charged up from 84% in only a matter of minutes. This was not a problem with the first charge yesterday (beginners luck?). Overall, I am pleased with this ring. It’s better than I thought it would be for the price. Solid build. It isn’t cheap quality as I suspected it might have been. I plan to buy one as a gift for my lady friend.I will update if any issues pop up.

Will replace your smart watch quickly!!
Love this ring! Bought size 7, my typical middle finger size, but personally is more comfortable on my ring finger (roughly a half size smaller). The app has been glitchy once but always reconnects. Its great to track all your activity and health in one app!!

Nice ring, good Features
So far so go. The ring is slightly larger than prior rings of the same size, but still works fine. The setup of some of the monitored health items has yielded better battery life. I only measure some items every hour. I am seeing around 20% battery use so far. It is the first day.After 1 month there some notes to share. Using the charging case does not fully charge the ring. I saw about 80% charge. The plug in cable seems to be the best total charge method.I am only getting 3 days of charge maybe 3.5 days. This concerning since the ring is new. The ring has performed well and the 5 star rating is warrantedI wish the sleep information was in greater detail, but it provides what I need. The app works well, my only gripes are the sleep score is out of 5 as opposed to a percentage.I would love an alarm when your heart rate exceeds a recommended level. I was shoveling my driveway and went over safe levels.More later. Nice ring. APP is H Ring App

Could use improvement
Just enough information to give you insight to the important areas of your health. The app was a little tricky to install. You’ll need to use the app named ‘H Ring’ from the playstore if you have an android phone. The instructions are not clear about that. I’m still trying to figure out how to calibrate the blood pressure stats. The say elevated when it is not elevated. And the heart rate sometimes makes no sense or I must be near death when sleeping at 20 bpm lol! Normally I know I’m at 60 bpm. Still, trying to figure a few things out. Also, there’s no alert that you battery is near depleted so, there’s that other con. We’ll see. I think the app needs an update.

Inaccurate BP measurement
The blood pressure monitoring is totally inaccurate.The systolic measurement is on average 15 units different than my wrist monitor or my manual cuff monitor. The activity monitor does not have measurement for tennis or pickleball. The find my ring is also useless. Don’t waste your time or money on this “smart” ring.

Great ring and good input on health
This ring provides a lot of insight into sleeping habits and general health. It’s been a great help to monitor daily activity and vitals. The battery life is good. I love that it does not require a subscription. It’s a great value for the money.
