How to switch unit on this weight scale with body fat and muscle ?
A”UNIT” button is located at the bottom of the scale. Press the “UNIT” to switch between “lb”, “kg” and “st” (“cm” and “inch”) when the scale is awake. If you are connected to the Fitdays app, remember to set up the same unit.

Quality scale, I really like that you can connect your phone and keep track of your weight on your phone. You can set it up for multiple people, and that is real convenient with me and my girlfriend trying to lose weight. So far so good, and I will update if I have any problems in the future. We needed to update to a newer model scale and decided to get this one. So glad we did! It has so many features and a sleek design. It registers multiple people and can be accessed through an app which syncs to our fitness app. Not only does it give you weight but it also does bmi, body water and muscle mass. Definitely recommend

This is a Vine Customer Review for product ASIN B0GJZ9Q5FZ, Baudyttix Smart Scale for Body Weight. The scale comes in a nice colored box with useful information on the back of it. Inside the box the scale is well packed with an instructions manual included…well, sort of. This user manual is nothing but useful – only shows the obvious about the scale and a mere simplistic table indicating what the icons of the display actually show. It doesn’t tell you how to set the scale, how to move between the fields or even how to name the personalized users. Apparently they can only be called U-1, U-2, etc. The appeared P-1… what does that mean?? No clue.The scale only works with the Fitdays app (see images). It displays information similar to the Withings app. The display of the scale will give you information on your body fat percentage, muscle mass percentage, water percentage, and BMI. It also has at the bottom of it a 7-day trend to encourage you or slap you in the face. It takes some time to get used to what the icons mean as 2 of them are not that intuitive. As far as I can tell, the readings are pretty accurate as I compared them to another scale I have. The only issue that I don’t like at all is that it doesn’t recognize me when I step on the scale. Every time I want to use it I have to lean down, wake up the scale and select “U-1” for User 1 before I step on it. Otherwise it won’t display all the data associated to my profile – it would only display weight and that’s it. For this annoyance and a lack of a useful manual I took off one star.Things aside, this is a great scale and I will use it often anyway.

Works out of the box, with or without a great app!
This is my first smart scale (one that connects to an app for tracking). I absolutely love how easy it was to follow the included instructions and set it up in the app. A lot of “smart” devices that are not a main ecosystem have awful app integration, but this one worked flawlessly. It connected, it set itself up without issue.If you do not want to use the app, the scale by itself is super intuitive to use, and you can have multiple profiles too! The numbers are big, bright, and clear.. making it quick work to see your progress.The size of the scale is perfect for my size US11 feet, with not much wiggle room to spare. It seemed like the results of my first scan was fairly accurate, based on recent measurements from my doctor. Just make sure it is on a solid, hard surface, and try not to move it once you started recording your measurements over time. Consistency with any scale is key to reliable readings.Overall, this is a great scale that is super easy to use and track on the app. It looks great and functions perfectly. I would highly recommend!
