I ordered the ZenSphere Schumann Resonance Generator 7.83Hz Frequency Device for Sleep Environments & Meditation.I’m pretty seasoned in frequency devices as I have many of them, and I also am sensitive to energies and actually feel them in my body such as all of the space weather or other phenomenons, schumann resonance, radio waves, EMF, and any other situations that give off energy or frequencies due to being an empathic type. Because of that I knew I would be able to instantly feel if this works, and it does.This is a small, disc shape device that has a modern look. I have small, child sized hands, and it fills up most of my palm. It comes with a charging USB cable, plug-in, and an instructional manual. The manual is sufficient to me, and it does offer some tips. However, would this type of technology, it is required to do your own research since different frequencies apply to different situations, and not everyone is a candidate for them in general.I like to first try out products without the manual to see how easy it is, and I was confused about this mainly because the areas you adjust are small. There is a dial that you turn clockwise or counterclockwise that turns it on as well as increase the intensity. There is a very tiny switch next to the dial with three settings for your different frequencies which are: 6 hz, 7.83hz, and 10hz. If you flip this completely upside down there is instructions about the switch and knob which I initially didn’t notice and why I was confused. I am very glad that is printed on the bottom. So if I forget I don’t have to worry about finding the manual.I just charged it all up and started testing it, and it does work without being plugged in which is great if you want to take it on the go. After using it for a while I wouldn’t say the battery life is exceptionally long when running it 24/7 on the highest setting, but since I could just plug it in I’m fine with that. The listing says it can last for about 24 hours of continuous use which I feel is accurate. It’s longer on calmer settings..You can tell it has a charge by a tiny blue light on it when it is turned on. When the battery finally wears out, the light will go off, and when you are charging it there will be a very small red light.I do not have technology to test the frequency, however, I can feel the frequency running through my body when it is on, and I can tell an obvious difference from the lowest to the highest setting so it feels accurate. It’s much easier for me to test this when the solar energy is high since I’m already in a state of being overstimulated and uncomfortable which can manifest as anxiety and pressure in my chest. I don’t need space weather to tell me when things are happening since I already know, and the stronger they are and how they feel is how I differentiate from the different phenomenons that happen. When it is high, I don’t recommend using frequency devices if you’re sensitive since it can add to anxiety and overstimulation. We are at solar maximum, so the majority of days are lit, and not everyone benefits from the earth frequency when they are already overstimulated. Others may feel it actually helps, but it’s different for everyone.I have several frequency healing mats, and I use them everyday unless it’s too energetic as mentioned. Some people may not feel anything at all by using this which is common, but I think the biggest thing to notice is if the body feels at peace or anxious and overstimulated. It’s easy to find sites that give the current space or earth energies too. My animals also use them, and 7.83 (earth) is the most used one. You can look up what else 6 and 10 hertz helps with.Because of all the energetic interference and space phenomenons, I think the majority of people would not be able to tell if this helps or not, especially since we have different beliefs. As with placebos, if I believe something is working or will work then it most likely will work for me versus doubting it. I also think because of how often these energetics are happening throughout the day, that can skew results since most can’t tell they are being affected by external energies unless you’re like me and life is a wild experience every second. Lol. If you try this several nights at a certain frequency and are not sleeping well, just be mindful it most likely isn’t the device and is the solar, earth, lunar, or artificial energies fluctuating. This exact reason is why take everything I start new with a huge grain of salt including supplements or other things I ingest due to skewed results. These factors aren’t typically included in typical studies so that changes my whole view on matters.At the time of writing this review, I think it’s an okay value because it is rechargeable since that is definitely a perk to be able to bring this places without worrying about a plug-in.With all that being said, the one thing I don’t love about the charging situation is the plug that goes directly into the device requires being pushed quite hard. It’s difficult to see the right direction to insert it, so if it is upside down it can damage the connector area. That area isn’t directly on the outside of the unit to easily see, and it being black, dark, and about a half inch inside the device doesn’t allow a great visual to see what way to push the plug in. I have accidentally pushed it in the wrong way so much, I think I am starting to damage the connector area as it is getting touchy with getting a good connection with the cord. It doesn’t help that I have blurry eyesight, and I do take some responsibility for testing it too much before ensuring it was in the proper direction so I do not recommend that since it clearly doesn’t make it happy.Overall, I still think this is a good device that is helpful for me, but I recommend listening to the body and doing research with an understanding there are endless external energies that can interfere and everyone’s bodies are different, thank you.

Very unique Schumann resonance generator
I find this human resonance generator Schuman very interesting and a rather hard to duplicate device. First thing I noticed is the shell for this device is 3D printed and it appears as if this device was actually custom made. It has settings for three different frequencies and also has a variable intensity knob. The device is powered by an internal rechargeable lithium battery making the device portable. Using my EMF meter I did pick up a very strong magnetic field next to the device, which is what it’s supposed to do is generate that for the same way the Earth would this device replicates the Earth’s magnetic field.
