Detoxing for better health!
In the mid-late 2000’s I was a personal trainer at a private fitness studio, becoming addicted to the dry infrared sauna the owner added. Minimally 4-5x weekly I found myself detoxing and relaxing, and ever since leaving the studio in favor of being a professional musician, I’ve desperately missed the benefits, more so recently more than ever.$2,500+ isn’t in the budget for a sauna, let alone having the room for the ones I have on the Amazon wishlist, so in searching out cheaper alternatives I did my homework, read through a lot of mixed reviews (on several brands), and found myself disappointed more often that not and so the waiting continued.A few weeks ago while searching out sauna’s on Amazon (again) while not being able to sleep I came across this one, and after looking it up online decided to finally order it. Most reviews were favorable, and then there were a few that complained about the lack of heat, but figured worst case scenario I’d send it back if it didn’t work out, and try another one.I finally had time to crack open the box last night, and within 15 mins had the entire sauna assembled (without using the instruction manual even), moving it over to the other side of the room, then burning things in so to speak for the initial run. Tonight (an hour ago) I finally had the chance to give it a test run, and I was FAR from disappointed!After letting it preheat for 10-15 min the sauna was full of steam, it was easily hitting 130+ degrees. The instructions say to start at a level 5 (of 9), but found I got amazing results fluctuating between levels 7-9, for 20-30 minutes. For anyone under the impression that this is an infrared sauna, it is NOT! It’s an inexpensive and well built steam sauna with red LED’s, but for the price it punches well above its weight. From the ease of assembly to how much you’ll be pouring sweat and detoxing on the first session alone, this one is a no brainer and one I highly recommend!!

I’m impressed ….
I put this together & used it today for the first time, I’m very impressed. It appears to be high quality, the poles are sturdy & metal with plastic connectors. It was easy to put together and the tent fits tight but it was easy to get on. It tells you to run it twice before you use it which I did; no biggie. It took probably 10-15 minutes to heat up and it held the temp for the entire 30 mins I was in there. It’s spacious and comfortable, the only downside is the chair – I’m going to give it to my friend for his 2 yr old son. It’s tiny IMO. But I had a camp chair that fit & was much more comfortable. It was easy to wipe down & I can’t wait until tomorrow to use it again!! Stay tuned –

Im honestly impressed
4 stars only because I didnt know how to read the broken English to make the steamer work. Figured it out though!!!!The product comes with installation instructions and it is easy to set up if you are an amazon furniture DIYer pro. The material is your basic metal poles with high quality mesh fabric, very sturdy. Obviously do not lean on it – purpose is to trap the heat not for support. The first thing I noticed about the size (size is awesome) I bought is it’s actually very comfortable for the single user. I am a 5’10, 200 lb person and sat very comfortably. After fiddling around and wondering why the steam was not working ****turn on timer****. That’s how you make this machine work!!!! Due to the encasing, steam can get very hot and humid, feels like a real steam room, very worth the price and money for me personally. Today was the first time use of the product and you will get some chemical / plastic smell at first. There are red lights stitched to the top and not too bright or dim.

It’s alright
Easy assembly, sturdy, good quality tent. Does not get very hot. Used it on the highest setting and only got to 105 degrees down by the actual steam box. Towards the top of the tent it was only 86. Still had a good sweat going but a beneficial temperature seems to start at 120 from my Internet research. I’ll keep using it but would be nice if the temperature could go higher for maximum benefits. Also not sure this is really infrared seems to be just a red LED light strip

Potentially dangerous burn risk small space
All in all this is a great thing to have in your home if you cannot afford to buy a nice built-in one. With that being said the dimensions on this item are pretty standard from what I can tell but it becomes extremely dangerous with a hot steaming box in the room with you that burns you if you move the wrong way. There’s barely enough room in this box for you in the steaming unit so buyers beware that you will have to be very diligent not to burn yourself at some point. Also even though it advertise that it does not leak it actually does from the condensation not because it isn’t completely sealed so your floor will get a little wet From the condensation so be prepared to use some kind of plastic under it to protect your flooring from mildew and or water damage overtime. Back to the steaming box it needs to have something to sit on higher than the floor in order for a comfortable sit without burning yourself
