How do I use my red light therapy properly?

Anything with electric current running through it is going to generate some electromagnetic field. However with all of our panels, there is no detectable electromagnetic field (above background noise) at 3+ inches from the face of the panel.
What’s the difference between red light and near-infrared light?
Red light Delivered at 660nm, red light is readily absorbed by surface tissues and cells, leading to enhanced skin health.
NIR Delivered at 850nm, and is invisible to the human eye, and penetrates into deeper tissues, leading to enhanced recovery.
Why is the infrared mode light not on? Is my equipment broken?
Because the near infrared is outside the visible spectrum of the human eye, we find that the light is not bright when we use the infrared mode. But rest assured, they are already at work.

I have been using the panel every day since I got it. There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to setting it up. First: Best place to set it for face, upper & lower body and legs. Second: So far it has been amazing. I do feel better after using it. Lastly, it is so quiet you can enjoy music, watching TV or reading a book.It appears to be very well made. Not some cheap piece of junk, but rather it is all it claimed to be. Both my husband and I have been using it and it is well worth the money. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an RLT unit with limited space. It folds well and easy to put away.

I use this red light once to twice a day. I love it. It’s easy to set up and figure out. You can easily adjust the time, modes, etc. I have it leaning against the wall in my home gym. It’s not heavy so I can move it wherever I want to use it.Side note: We did also purchase the stand thinking that it would easily rotate to both positions. We didn’t keep it because it’s HUGE and also doesn’t go back and forth easily between vertical and horizontal. I will warn you that if you do purchase the stand and decide to return, you can’t return the product. They will refund you, thankfully, but then you’re left with this huge piece of equipment that you don’t plan to use. Not a huge deal… more of inconvenience than anything and wasteful.But either way, I love this red light!

It works
I had done a lot of research for weeks on red light therapy panels. I found them to be very expensive. I found this one after seeing some reviews on Youtube. I had been experiencing sensitivity in my teeth for over a month, I went to the dentist everything was fine. I began using this panel and within a week my sensitive teeth were lessened. After another week , it was gone! I now can eat without cringeing. I also have had a shoulder impingement for over a year.I had done exercises and a lot of other methods, but it just was not enough. After using this for a few weeks I can now reach behind my back and have better movement. This little panel works great
