Such a fun way to monitor and improve lung capacity! It charges by USB-C (cord provided) and it is ready to measure the air volume from the lungs after turning it on (long press on/off). One deep inhalation and slow but constant blow in this device will give a visual reading (color bars) and then a value in ml. Love it ergonomic design! Perfect for people who want to increase their lung capacity! Highly recommended!

Nice breathing trainer but unclear instructions.
I like the Vocomaxa Breathing Exercise Device—it’s compact, USB-C rechargeable, and easy to take anywhere. While I wish the user guide included clearer instructions, I was able to figure out a routine by combining the information from the online product description, the included user guide and referencing the usage instructions of similar devices.My process: Long-press the button to turn it on, inhale through your nose, then exhale through your mouth for as long as possible, then short press the button once to save your result. A quick click also lets you review your last five sessions, so you can track your progress.Overall, I’m impressed with the device itself and would recommend it even more strongly if the instructions were more detailed. If you’re looking for a convenient, portable breathing trainer, this is a good choice.

It’s small enough to keep in the pocket
It’s not as easy as you think. I tried very hard to get 2 lights on only. And, I used all my energy just got the third light on. It’s pretty good for the exercise. I bring it to the forest while I do the hiking to get a better air to my lung. And, it’s small to keep it in the pocket!
