Need directions
I received the product. I’m 86 and desperate to look just a little better. But directions did not come with the product. Reviews seem to all be good but I bed helpI’m sure it works but ???Price is more than fair just need directions

works! how to use below
How to do it- If you kiss the air, you work your chin and cheeks. Once this is in your mouth, with the lid on, simply kiss the air with it. It was very sore at first for me, which is a sign it works. And it really helped my under chin area tighten. I do it now for 5 minute intervals, at least once a day is the goal for me. But it is up to you to do it how much. Just don’t overdo it and than not do it, a little everyday is what will give you results instead of just complaining, or doing too much and than being too sore to do it consistently. It works if you work it. Remove lid to wash. x

Takes a lot of power to get them to work
These were really hard to work with the advertising showed the lady blowing the inside part coming out. I couldn’t get it to budge. So it takes a lot to get it to wok. They ar finely durable. If I could get them to move better but I must not have the blowing durable to get them to work

Hard to use
I bought this product for my wife to do facial exercises. However, it is quite a difficult product to use. When using it, you have to use a lot of force when blowing and sucking. And the part that is supposed to move in and out barely moves even with a lot of effort. So I am not sure if this product works for her.

Disregard bad reviews. If used right, it’s a super facelift/lip plumper!
I didn’t have big expectations for this, but WOW am I glad I tried it! You do need to learn to use it correctly, but once you do it should be easy as far as the actual technique goes. You don’t want to breathe in, like inhale down into your lungs, it’s a sucking it and out motion similar to what you’d do while whistling or using a lollipop/sucker. The air stays only in your mouth area in and out. At first I needed my teeth or tongue to kind of hold it in place, you’ll still get a small workout that way, but the best way is to hold only with your lips, if you do it right you’ll see results in just a few days! My jowl line is lifted and tighter, lips fuller, and overall better face tone. For the price, definitely try it out!
