This is my second Happy Sol Sauna Blanket, since I gave the other one to my mom. I did 176°F (maximum temp) for the full 60 minutes in just a T-shirt and shorts and broke a nice and comfortable sweat!What I Love:• Maximum 176°F temperature (though l apparently need MORE!)• Convenient arm openings for staying hydrated during marathon sessions• Remote control makes it easy to keep cranking up the heat• 71″x 71″ size – plenty of room to “marry” your blanket properly• Timer goes up to 60 minutes – perfect for ultimate endurance challenges• Quality materials – this thing is BUILT for heat warriors like me

Really Nice – Great Product Happy Sol
For someone interested in getting into a personal sauna but either cannot afford one or does not have the physical space for a traditional sauna booth, the Happy Sol was my choice. This can be portable, this is easy to clean / maintain, and with a pretty high heat setting, this just really works.

Convenient but not perfect
The Happy Sol heats up quickly. Within 5 minutes it was plenty hot enough. The controls are easy to understand and are connected at the foot of the blanket which makes it hard to reach once you zip in. I added a cord to the zipper tab so that I could lay down and still zip it up. I had to get pretty far into the blanket to not have too much heat escape out the opening for the head. I haven’t used the are opening but I think it would make the Happy Sol pretty ineffective for the upper body if I did. I also had to use a blanket lifter for my feet because there was too much pressure on my toes to be comfortable. The top of the blanket is quite heavy and I am finding it uncomfortable if I lay flat and stay in it for a full session. I use a foam wedge to raise my upper body to a semi upright position. The zipper seems to work smoothly. I think it is fairly priced. This is a convenient way to have a home sauna if you can’t do a traditional sauna. I also like that I can get the Happy Sol going quickly instead of waiting 20 minutes or more for my traditional outdoor sauna to begin to be hot enough.

I did alot of research on these Sauna Blankets, and read many reviews. I chose this one as it seemed to have great reviews, very easy to operate, and honestly, I loved the Logo! 🙂 I have used it dozens of times already and I am still very satisfied with my purchase! Great product
I love the sauna blanket. It gets plenty hot and it good quality. My only issue is the top opening allows lots of heat to escape as there is no closing function at all. It would be nice to have a way to seal the top and trap all that he so I can put it to good use. A quality zipper or velcro closure that can be used from the inside would be perfect.

Not the best
So this is the first sauna blanket I’ve bought and maybe I could’ve given it more stars but I have to put a blanket over the sauna blanket to maximize the heat potential. I just wish I had bought one that I could’ve slipped my hands into with the ability to move like hold a book and read while enjoying the sauna at the same time.
