This Breathing Trainer is an unusual solution to a universal problem of anyone who needs additional lung capacity. Easier to use than the traditional spirometer [device with the 3 balls]. Hands free use; does not hinder line of sight; it comes with extra mouth piece. The mouth piece is soft silicone and is similar to the feel of a mouth guard used in contact sports. I can see using it while on a exercise bike, walking, or doing anything at all. It is also easy to clean with common dish soap and water.

This little thing is so handy…Super easy to use technology without any battery or apps required. Can use during exercise, or even while relaxing watching tv…it helps make you aware of your breathing and challenges you to take deeper breaths. The amount of challenge is adjustable with a turn of the dial.It came with 2 guard pieces…and they looked identical, but one fits me better (smaller) than the other. I am more petite, so that was a relief after the one that was attached upon arrival wasn’t as comfortable.

All you need to do is rotate the knobs to limit the airflow to your liking and off you go! Just make sure you don’t cheat by breathing through your nose!
