Nice portable red light device but comes with some limitations
First thing I noticed was how well packaged this unit it. Slim to none chances of it breaking in normal shipment. It comes with the light panel, protective glasses, a stand, a connecting piece (that attaches to the base and uses side spring wings to hold the panel), instructions, USBC power cable, and soft carry/storage bag.It is very important that you wear the glasses at all times when the panel is on. Direct viewing of such strong LEDs can damage your eyes in short time. Kudos to the company to including the glasses.Battery life is about 30 minutes before it needs charging. While not a show stopper, it can be inconvenient if you’re in the middle of a longer session. For the price ($120 at time of this review) I think it’s reasonable to expect it to include a longer USBC cable and power supply.It’s well built but the stand positioning is a bit loose. Use the included hex tool to tighten up stand joints. The panel is likely to break or crack if dropped, so be careful!The panel has controls built in (lower right on the front side). It’s not easy to see the buttons (touch areas) without some decent lighting. Controls adjust power, timer, light level and pulsing.I like this panel, but would like a bit higher brightness and as mentioned, a power supply and longer cable.

Effective and convenient
This is everything I hoped it would be. I honestly didn’t expect to like it as much as I do. It’s lightweight but still feels effective, and I love that I can grab it and use it anywhere in the house, which makes it so easy to stay consistent.Right now I use it while relaxing on the couch or winding down in bed. It’s cordless, so I’m not stuck sitting next to an outlet, and it has wide light coverage so I don’t have to keep repositioning it. I’m still figuring out the different light modes and what they’re best used for—some are better for sore muscles while others feel more geared toward skin care. I am still testing which are for which since they aren’t specifically marked.My skin feels comfortable after each session, and I haven’t had any irritation or sensitivity, even when I use it several days in a row. It feels gentle and supportive, not aggressive at all.There’s no weird scent or “heated skin” smell, which I appreciate. It keeps the whole experience calm and spa-like without overwhelming my senses.It does come with protective glasses, but unfortunately they were unusable for me. (In the first two pictures) one lens was noticeably darker than the other, which made looking through them uncomfortable and actually hurt my eyes, similar to wearing the wrong prescription. Because of that, I ended up tossing them and either use my own sunglasses or sometimes none at all, though I do need to research whether using it without eye protection is recommended. The device also came with a soft, velvet case also that you can store it in or protect it while traveling.The stand is a nice bonus, it’s not tall enough to use while standing, but it’s easy to adjust for use on a table or counter or while sitting on the floor. It’s also surprisingly versatile—my daughter was able to attach her tablet and phone to it, so it’s not limited to using with just this device.It feels like a high-quality product even though the price wasn’t listed at the time of this review, so I can’t fully speak to value yet and time will tell how much it helps long term. It feels like a thoughtful, practical self-care tool, and I’d confidently gift this to a new mom or anyone who wants an easy, low-effort way to support muscle recovery and skin care at home.

I’m m pretty impressed with this red light
I’m pretty impressed with this red light. I appreciate how portable it is. The light itself actually very lightweight and easy to move around. I like that you can charge it and then move it around to a place that’s not near an electrical outlet and still be able to use it, this is a huge plus for me. The light works and functions as it should. I really like to use it in the winter when there’s not much sunlight and I sit with this light next to me while I’m reading and I feel it helps my mood. I feel better when I use it, especially on gloomy days. The stand that comes with it is very heavy duty and makes it easy to position in multiple ways. When the light is in the stand it feels very sturdy and will not easily tip over which I very much appreciate. Overall it is a great light and I am enjoying using it.

Update: Battery drains fast! Doesn’t last more than 30 minutes. Portability and features are good but having to charge after every use is a bummer. At least it uses a usb c which is common for electronics.The cordless design of this red light panel makes it easy to move around, and the adjustable stand is great for positioning it exactly where you need it. The 660nm and 850nm light options are a nice combo, and the three brightness levels let you adjust depending on comfort. The 30 minute auto-off feature is a great touch so you don’t have to worry about timing it. The adjustable stand is good for at home but can also be detached to take the panel on the go.
