Calming, Beautiful, and Surprisingly Helpful During Busy Days
This is such a simple yet impactful mindfulness tool. I wear it throughout my workday, especially on days packed with meetings, and it genuinely helps remind me to slow down, take a breath, and reset. Breathing through it feels calming and grounding, and I’ve found myself reaching for it more often than I expected.It’s also beautiful. It feels well made and is comfortable to wear. I especially appreciate that it’s subtle and discreet enough to use anywhere without drawing attention.In the midst of a busy, chaotic day, this little necklace has become a small but meaningful ritual. It would also make a lovely gift for anyone dealing with stress or wanting an easy way to bring a little more mindfulness into their day.

Very nice looking product with a lot of potential, but hard to use as instructed
This is really nice looking and seems to be well made and durable. I love that it’s made out of bamboo, and the word breathe engraved on the side is a nice touch. This is something that I could wear everyday and not be worried about how it looks (it’s long enough to tuck inside of your shirt if you wanted to, though).However, on to how it works. I have pretty bad anxiety, which I take medication for, but even with the medication, I still have a lot of issues with it. I’ve never used anything for controlled breathing before, but I’ve read that it’s supposed to really help, so I ordered this to give it a try.I followed the instructions on how to use it (breathe deeply in through your nose for 4 seconds, hold your breath for 7 seconds, and exhale through the necklace for 8 seconds. Do this 4 times). That is really not as easy as it sounds (at least for me – I don’t quite get why you have to hold your breath rather than just let it out slowly right away). Maybe you have to get used to doing this or something, because all it did for me was give me a headache and make it harder to breathe normally afterward. It seems to do the opposite of what it should and cause anxiety rather than ease it.I have gone and read other reviews on this product, because I really wanted to love it and I was really hoping that it wasn’t just a bad product altogether. From what I’ve read, it does work for a lot of people, so I’m going to stick with it for awhile and hope that it will work for me after I get used to it. If not, I’m going to try different ways of using it to help me control my breathing when needed. I do believe that just knowing that its there and that you can breathe through it slowly, using whatever method you come up with to help you, is a good thing, and if different people find different ways to use it and achieve the same end result, then the product is still a win.In the meantime, though, I’ve removed one star for the fact that it just seems so hard to do it correctly using their instructions and get any results, but I’m leaving the other 4 stars because it is a well made, nice looking product that definitely has potential to help, even if I have to make up my own way to use it for my benefit.

Trash! Cheap. Chain broke within the first 8 hrs of wearing it. Feels like plastic instead of bamboo, though the inside looks like it. I do like the concept, but there’s zero resistance. I bought it to help me quit smoking. Make your own. Get pen. Take in apart. Heat up exacto knife with a lighter and cut to size. Put two holes (not too far!) Towards the top with dremel or saunter gun. Put long necklace or dog tag chain through holes. For more resistance, Put a cigarette filter into the pen. I dripping a little vanilla extract on it

I honestly couldn’t be happier with this. It feels really well made, works exactly the way it should, and you can tell the quality is there as soon as you start using it. I’ve been using it regularly and it hasn’t given me a single issue.What I like most is how easy and straightforward it is — no fuss, no overthinking, it just does the job really well. Shipping was quick, it came packaged nicely, and the whole experience was smooth start to finish.Definitely one of those purchases where you think, “why didn’t I get this sooner?” Would recommend without hesitation.
