Everything you need is in the box. The manual is clear, and the free eBook has useful routines to get you started. The neck strap makes it easy to carry when you’re on the go. I really liked this breathing trainer. It’s compact and can be taken anywhere. The fact that it has two nozzle sizes is great. I personally used the small nozzle and it worked really well for me while doing the breathing exercises. I like that it comes with an instruction sheet so you know how to use this breathing trainer. I have to highlight the ebook with the breathing exercises that has been a plus for me; I didn’t expect it, and I loved it. Good price and good quality; you can tell it’s well made.

Trim off most of the mouthpiece, for comfort. Also, prepare to drool…
I used scissors to trim off most of the bite wings on the mouthpiece, so it doesn’t extend as far back in my mouth – much more comfortable.There is a major flaw – saliva runs out of the valve like a faucet, after 5 minutes of use. I don’t know how the designers could have tested their product and not noticed this, unless they were all high, and had cottonmouth. :-)The device basically functions, but its usability is very limited – I have to stop every 5 minutes or less to wash it out.

Smart little tool with all the right accessories – and it works!
This little tool became part of my daily routine. I use it before workouts and also when I feel anxious. The resistance control helps me slow down and feel more grounded. The ebook that comes with it is a great guide to stay consistent. Plus, the quality is top – soft silicone, easy to clean, and so easy to take with me. I can play with the resistance if I want more or less air to enter. It comes with a free ebook with breathing exercises that have worked wonders for me. Since I bought it, I’ve taken it everywhere; it’s compact and practical. The quality is very good for the price, and I like that it comes with instructions on how to use this breathing trainer. It works exactly as advertised. Now it’stime to use it constantly to see the improvement in my lungs. Very good purchase.

Effective lung exercise tool
I ordered this lung exercise device because I have COPD.So far, I haven’t noticed changes in my lung capacity, or symptoms, but I can tell that my lungs are getting a workout when I use it. I can feel a slight soreness in my chest muscles after using it, similar to the feeling that comes with doing any strength training workout. I’m hopeful that with consistent use, it will start to make improvements.Using it is easy.Just turn the knob to the the desired setting, place the mouthpiece in your mouth and breathe slowly.I always use it at the easiest (valve fully open) setting and it provides ample resistance.The valve can be closed entirely, making it impossible to breathe, so keep that in mind and back off a little, if tightening all the way. The addition of small bumps as safety stops would avoid this.Cleaning is quick and simple. The mouthpiece comes off easily, to be rinsed and dried and goes back on easily too.The unit seems durable and like it will last a long time.There is no taste or smell coming from the mouthpiece.Overall, a good tool to use for improving lung function.
